Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brickell Key

This is a lovely old home on a beautiful street. It's full of old-style furnishings and decor and definitely has charm. There is only one bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms, and one downstairs for the first floor bedroom and common areas. It's on the safer end of Calle Ocho, which is just a couple blocks away. It's far away enough that it's quiet at night, but still only a quick walk. Note that it's on the flight path for the airport. The noise wasn't too noticeable inside the house and the planes stop at night. Marguerita was responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. Steve is a great Host he replied and answer in questions we had. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

We only stayed one night here, but definitely worth it! Great home, great area, great hosts. We had to catch a late flight on the way into Miami and a late check-in was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend even though we are not far from Miami we wanted to stay the night somewhere to have a girls night out. Charciette’s place felt very homie,cozy and comfortable for my friends and I. We really enjoyed the vintage yet modern design in the house! Very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend this stay, please enjoy!

This is our second stay at The Tropical River House, and it is an absolutely wonderful place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. Located right along a small river, with tropical palm trees framing the most beautiful sunset, all right in the back yard! We were visited by various tropical inhabitants such as ducks, cormorants, a few iguanas sunning themselves on the seawall, and also pods of Manatees slowly swimming by from time to time. It's just wonderful, it's so nice that we spent a couple of days on the back deck relaxing, in lieu of going to the beach. Although we did get some great beach time too! The house is exactly as described, is very clean and organized, and has all the amenities you'll ever need. We "cooked in" on several nights and the kitchen has it all! The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is near to restaurants, shopping, the beach and just about everything. The Tropical River House, once again, exceeded our expectations and we will be back soon.

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

My family and I stayed at this property for our Spring Break in 2025. First- the important things: The condo is as advertised, directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was clean and refreshing. Beds and sitting areas were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and drinks. The valet car service was excellent and included in the rental rate aside from (optional) tips which the staff genuinely appreciated. The location is perfect - away from from the crowds of South Beach and Lincoln Road; yet both are highly accessible via bike/the boardwalk, trolley, or a short Uber ride. Lastly - the minor items which didn't much impact our stay - but I feel could be good information for the host or future guests: There are no locks on any doors including the master suite and bathrooms. The main bathroom has no lock and a clear shower door - interesting combo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and right on the beach. The pool was peaceful and enjoyable. The host provided towels beach chairs and an umbrella. Cafe with many food and drink options located in building was very convenient. Several breakfast/lunch places directly across the street. Mrs. Liliana was incredibly helpful and attentive to all needs. Overall this airbnb was the perfect stay for 4 college girls

A wide variety of restaurants very nearby, as are a couple of small parks. Having parking is always a plus, inside is even better. We unloaded close to the elevator, then parked. The unit was spacious and perfect for us.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de varias atracciones en Miami, sin embargo la zona era tranquila. El cuarto era muy amplio, una cama muy cómoda y un baño espacioso y moderno. Sin duda volvería a reservarlo.

We had a great stay here! The pictures look exactly like how it is. Place is VERY VERY clean. Beds are comfy and so are pillows. They had so many extra towels etc to accomodate my family of 5 for the entire 4 nights we didnt need to call for anyone or anything! They were so responsive to our questions and very easy directions to follow to get inside. Place is locked down like fort knox you feel very safe!!!! Lots to do and walk to etc. We would stay again 100%

We had a great stay at Vickie’s place. It was walking distance to the beautiful beach, food and entertainment. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. My only regret was renting a car, it’s a congested area and parking was difficult and really there was no need for one. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at Hans’ place in Miami! The space was clean, stylish, and in a great location. Hans was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful with local tips. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

What a place to come back to after a long day of work! The water was always hot and the house was big enough for five guys to have their own space. Would definitely stay at this house again when work takes us back to Miami! Would recommend this place to friends and colleagues. And Susan the director of operations was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always got back to us in a very timely manner! Thank you Susan! Thank you for a great stay!

WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.

Beautiful place, perfectly clean and spacious. Waterfall and view of the lake, basketball court and barbecue area were very suitable for us to receive guests in the evening. There is a private beach. Manuel and Patty’s property felt like home. It was very clean, and had everything you’d need for a rental from a fully outfitted kitchen, to extra towels and beach chairs. I’d highly recommend this property for your next time visiting miami. It’s also about a 15 minute drive from everything in Miami without having to be in the city.

The host was very professional & responsive. The place was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was so nice & the water was always warm. We had a great stay & a great time. Would definitely recommend.
