Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Briatico

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Where do I start. Beautiful house up in the hills around 5km from town. On arrival we were welcomed by Vitoria and his family and immediately felt at home. Evening meal with wine was offered for €25 each, glad we accepted as it was the best meal in Italy so far. Typical Calabrian food mostly from their farm. Served outside on the terrace by all family members and w Service was like you would get in a restaurant. On arrival, fridge had water, bread, fruit juice, salami and fresh milk along with a fresh bowl of oranges from the garden. Fresh baked croissants delivered for breakfast along with fresh peaches. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. On leaving, Vittorio’s wife supplied us with home made Nduja Calabrese and jars of pickled vegetables. Cute and very friendly dogs. What a wonderful family to stay with ❤️🇮🇹❤️👌

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Lovely place, especially the garden. Super well located. Great communication and super flexible check-in. Well equipped kitchen. It was also great to have cooking basics in the house!

The accommodation in Santa Maria is highly recommended: The apartment is functionally furnished and the garden is romantic. You can hear the sound of the sea and the beach is just a short walk away. Anna is a warm and helpful person. She responds immediately and also helped us a lot with an evening noise disturbance. In short: When visiting the Costa degli Dei, the house in Santa Maria is a great address - we would come back anytime. Thank you very much, Anna, for everything!

We are very pleased with our stay at Salvatore. The apartment and the entire facility were nice, well-maintained, renovated and very clean. We didn't miss anything. Salvatore and Noemi were very friendly and helpful. They recommended the best beaches and restaurants. They also arranged a trip to the Aeolian Islands for us. Communication with Salvatore was very good, he quickly answered every question, and if we had a small problem, it was quickly resolved. We highly recommend this place! ☺️☺️☺️

Caterina apartment is better than in the photos, the house is full of details and the locations is perfect with a parking space close and also near restorants and activities but with privacy, also the view was amazing. We will definitely come back!

This place is absolutely incredible! It exceeded our expectations! Simon was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The hosts were friendly and accommodating! The place was absolutely spotless and decorated with such impeccable taste. The views and sunsets from the terrace were absolute favourite thing. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool very very much. we also enjoyed our welcome package and it was a very nice touch. Tropea is a very short driving distance away and the town parghelia has lots of cute restaurants. A guidebook that Simon left was very thorough and informative and we loved all of the recommendations! We loved it so much we hope to return again very soon!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this Airbnb in Tropea, Italy! The unit was beautifully presented—clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the kitchen essentials to the cozy furnishings, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the stunning beaches and charming streets of Tropea with ease. Only 10 minute walk to both. Noting also there are three supermarkets only 150 metres walk away. In particular Euro Spin a supermarket chain throughout Italy which has great food that you can cook at home or have something already cooked by them. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts Giuseppe and Pola who were welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Definitely the best Air B n B we have stayed at and also better than some 5 star hotels. Highly recommended—we would definitely return! Tropea is well worth the visit.

Marina’s place was close to everything. It was very spacious and modern with a large kitchen and bedrooms. It was well situated near the train station and the historic centre. An easy walk away! The view was great and the extra outdoor space was very nice to use. It is situated in a secure complex with gates, a pool and private parking. We highly recommend this place. And you couldn’t ask for a better host!

We had a one-week-stay and we enjoyed every day! The house was well equiped, but most of all we loved the big garden with its splendid view on the sea and the Stromboli. We were very happy to find food and drinks when we arrived!

I just can recommend this accommodation in Tropea. Its not so far from the city centre and has all facilities very close: Supermarket, Bakery, Saturday Market, Beach. Santina is a very kind and rady-to-help host. Enjoy your time in Tropea.

We goods for 3 days in the beautiful villa I can only recommend you to everyone! Both the view an absolute dream and the apartment are in a beautiful area. Stunning views couldn’t have asked for a better location in Tropea well worth the money no comparison we have stayed in other B & B’s in Tropea but this will be the one to come back to no question, special thank to Lydia you were so lovely from when we first enquired then booking it and appreciated you be flexible (adding an additional night on for us) and do helpful!

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Francesca’s apartment is beautiful and has the most breathtaking sunset views. We could walk easily to all the restaurants and loved the location. Francesca was very responsive, checkin was easy and all amenities were perfect. A lovely stay in tropea

The apartment is finished in every detail. There is an air conditioner for the living area and one for the sleeping area. The fixtures are excellent and create perfect soundproofing. There are mosquito nets, a washing machine, a clothesline, and a terrace that overlooks the sea, making you fall in love. The kitchen has everything you need, in fact, we cooked lunch and dinner for the whole week we stayed. Perfection does not exist, but this Airbnb needs an excellence that we have never encountered to lose the right to be considered perfect. We felt at home in contact with the sea that we love so much.

Michele's place is very safe both during the day and at night when it comes to getting to the apartment and staying in the apartment. The apartment is huge, quiet and has new appliances. We only used the hair dryer and the fridge freezer because there are a lot of food options in the city for absolutely every budget. The terrace is spectacular, much larger than in the photos, and it is also quiet. Michele responds to questions almost immediately, is very attentive and caring. A real Airbnb, where you feel like family, not like a tourist. The tenement house is renovated both outside and inside. Hot water, clean bedding. The fridge freezer cools super. We loved our personal and charming balcony in the apartment and the view from the terrace. I didn't need air conditioning in early June. You can leave your luggage for the time of the plane's departure. The location is fantastic. We highly recommend it, thank you Michele for your kindness and hospitality. We will be happy to come back.

The location of the apartment was wonderfully centrally located - right in the heart of Pizzo. We were in town over the Easter holidays and were thus able to follow the processions - even from the balcony of the apartment. Pizzo is a very nice place with great Italian flair and likeable inhabitants. The beach is also beautiful. The view of the sea is magnificent and everything was available. The kitchen is a separate space which is very practical. Once we had a problem with the window, Stefania was there right away. As compensation, she left us delicious pasticcini. She responded to our questions right away and was very helpful to us. At the beginning, she reserved a parking space for us. Thank you for the wonderful time in Pizzo.

This place is truly stunning-by far the most beautiful location I've ever stayed. The view was absolutely breathtaking, with every moment feeling like something out of a postcard. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was unforgettable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable, showing such kindness and attention to detail. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. I'm so grateful for the memories made here and can't wait to return someday.
