Holiday rentals with a patio in Brianza

Very cute and comfortable in such a cute location. All the amenities were great.

This is the second time we've stayed in this wonderful apartment It is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word and is located in the hidden gem of Lake Como in the village of Riuznenko It's a perfect match to the pictures. The historic village is very quiet and you don't hear the noise of cars because they pass through the tunnel The view is the most amazing ever We enjoy sitting at the window every day and having breakfast or drinking coffee There's a small beach down there. There is also a wonderful hidden beach nearby There is a small grocery store upstairs with all the basic needs and you will find some local cheeses Alessandro was wonderful, understanding and responsive and gave us useful advice We will definitely always return where there is beauty, relaxation and tranquility Thank you Alessandro

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

Amazing Airbnb in the centre of Como. Having alone 3 bedrooms and one living room is outstanding. Communication was perfect, quick response and clear. Can only recommend this place - we were only there for one night because we were on a bike trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very nice, well equipped and we lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with the host was straightforward, friendly, and reliable. The outstanding view of the lake is particularly noteworthy – simply fantastic! All in all, we were completely satisfied and can fully recommend the accommodation.

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

Has to be seen to be believed. This is truly the most beautiful air B&b. We were originally looking to stay in Bellagio but were so glad we ended up staying here, away from the crowds. Really lovely town with lovely restaurants that we got takeaway to sit on the balcony of the air B&b to enjoy the best view we seen in all of lake como! The apartment is up a very steep hill so would recommend a car. There is free parking on the road outside apartment. Or slightly down the hill if there’s no space. It’s perfect inside with open plan kitchen diner with windows all around letting you enjoy the view. The stairs are very narrow and steep but we just left our bags downstairs and it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend this air B&b!

Alberto was very welcoming and kind. The clean house with the magnificent view of the lake and its very beautiful and perfectly maintained garden! Absolute calm! Alberto offered us a bottle of prosecco, a bottle of water and some appetisers. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed it! Private parking is a big plus as finding parking is practically impossible. Super comfortable bedding! The only downside: the bathroom is very small.

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended

This place has the most stunning view of Lake Como! And to have an apartment with both a balcony and a private yard is pretty rare! It’s a real hike to get up and down between Vareena and Pelerdo but if you’re up for a climb or plan on using a car most of the time, then the location is unbeatable - we had our own little dinner overlooking the lake most nights and loved it

What a beautiful spot this is. Lenno is the perfect place to stay if you’d prefer to be away from the busy touristy area, whilst still having good transport links to the other towns on the lake. There is a lido across the bay where you can swim in the lake (I forget the name), il Golfo restaurant is great for some lovely food, and we had a nice walk along the greenway route to tremezzo. The apartment itself is beautiful, with everything you need to have a homely stay. It’s clean, plenty of areas to relax and an amazing outdoor shower!! We would come back to the place in a heartbeat, and hope to as soon as possible!! Thank you so much Leo!

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We enjoyed every moment in Milchele’s apartment! Everything was as described, and Michele answered straight away if we were wondering about anything! We will definitely use him again for our next stay in beautiful Milan!

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

The place was super comfortable, very modern and with everything you need to have an impeccable stay!!!! We would definitely come back …….. He also highlighted that Mateo was always available and his immediate response…… The neighborhood is super quiet and has access to the train station We went by car and parked on the street without any problems I give it a 10 and highly recommend it!!!!!!
