This spacious, tastefully renovated barn will enchant you with its location in the middle of nature, in an unspoiled setting. The 28m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream at the bottom. No TV but books. Every detail has been meticulously thought out, everything has been heathered. This accommodation of 112 m², fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where the weather is suspended. Not overlooked.

Hiking, walking, fishing, hunting, cycling, mountain biking, motorcycling, skiing, sledding and snowshoeing in winter... Lake Sarrans 15 minutes away (Laussac): fishing and swimming. Pierrefort 10 min: baker, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, doctor. Maximum 🐕 one dog accepted 🐕

The small cocoon of Brezons will welcome you to spend a pleasant weekend or stay in the heart of the mountains. It includes a unique living room with sofa, pellet stove, TV and equipped open kitchen. Halfway between St Flour and Murat, you are ideally placed to discover Cantal Coltines is a small dynamic village 20 minutes from Lioran Gastronomy, sports, skiing, hiking, culture, etc.... If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
