We came with 3 girlfriends to this super well located chalet to visit Normandy: HONFLEUR, Cabourg, Deauville and Étretat 1h10 drive. The chalet is peaceful, we enjoyed the 38-degree jacuzzi, a delight, and the bedding is very good quality, the sheets are super soft. Beautiful accommodation, in a street with a lot of traffic in which you can park, a lot of space taken but we went around twice and a space became available. Rather small but pleasant accommodation, not stuffy. Overall clean. Slight lack of sound insulation in the accommodation but nothing woke us up at night, that's the main thing! Great place that I would recommend.

We stayed at Liane's place on the way to Bordeaux and liked it so much we booked it on the way back too. It's super spacious and comfortable - and great value.

Milène was a great host: easy communication, clear instructions for check in and check out. Location was spectacular; perfect mid-point for visiting the DDay beaches and surrounding towns. Super cute town, some really nice restaurants and so peaceful at night. The picturesque view from the living room windows was the perfect scene for relaxation with morning coffee and evening wine and my absolute favorite aspect of this adorable airbnb.

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is cute and charming, but the best part is the location on the beach. So easy to walk right out and see the gorgeous ocean!

Ideal for a couple or couple with a child. Very well located in direct proximity to the beach and the seaside which takes you directly to the city centre in a few minutes' walk The small garden is very nice for breakfasts in the sun or meals. This house had it all. Clean, charming, with a great location to access tours and visit restaurants. Françoise and her husband are wonderful hosts. We really appreciated the coffee set up and the well-stocked kitchen. It was nice to have two bathrooms available. Highly recommend.

La Fregate is a little gem, perfect for our needs. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Bayeux and well placed for the attractions of the Normandy coast. We appreciated having the little kitchen area and it was also lovely to have some outside space. The bed is very comfortable too! Pierre made us feel very welcome, as did the neighbourhood cats 😊 Highly recommended.

Bertrand is a perfect host. Spoke very good English and was knowledgable about the surrounding area. Walking with the goats and a supply of fresh eggs is an addded bonus.

Au Bonheur is a magical and totally unusual place, the different accommodations are well spaced from each other, calm and nature reigns around us, and in 600 as by bivouquering in the heart of nature. When it comes to hospitality, we felt like we were coming to the family or friends we already know, while having our privacy and freedom in this area. A big thank you to this very welcoming family. I sincerely advise you to stop by, it's worth a visit.

Very nice property for a great stay with family. Very good bedding and very good amenities and nice layout of the house. The pool at 28° was really a plus. This place is really to be recommended and Delphine always very responsive. This place is halfway between the city and the harbor and anything can be done on foot. Finally, nothing to say about our long weekend, than happiness. A big thank you to Delphine.
