Fish, tube, and swim in the creek by day and roast marshmallows in the fire pit at night. Rural setting with good proximity to many Up North destinations including beaches, skiing, hiking and charming small towns.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located cottage or partake in the many outdoor activities in the area. The cottage has everything you need to step away from the hustle. Circular drive for ease. Outdoor eating area, deck, and a fire pit. We allow pets with a pet deposit-must clean up after pets. There is NO smoking inside. Outdoor keyless entry and Ring cameras at both doors.

Bedroom 2 features a queen and twin over full bed. Bedroom 3 features a full-size bed. In addition, the cabin has 2 full-size sofa beds. Full Kitchen. Full bath with tub/shower. Near Tippy Dam, snowmobile trails, Crystal Mountain, Caberfae Peaks, Lake Michigan, and Little River Casino, and more!!!

Lakeview Hideaway

I have just put in this apartment. So everything is new. A very relaxing view of the lake from a private patio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, 1.4 miles south of 8 Mile Rd. Eight Mile Rd runs off 22 and 31. I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.

Located between Kaleva and Brethren MI, this home is located about 15 minutes from Tippy Dam, about 45 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and just an hour SW of Traverse City. This cute 1 bed, 1 bath home sleeps 5-6 with a queen bed, full size futon, and double rollaway. Come have that Up North experience without breaking the bank. We are also pet friendly with a small pet fee.

Close to Tippy Dam famous for its migratory Salmon and Steelhead runs. Just 15 minutes to Lake Michigan beaches.
