Artist's loft. Original and private

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

THE HOUSE Through a wooden gate you enter a small romantic courtyard garden with outdoor dining area and Portico, which is surrounded by natural stone walls. From here you get to the kitchen-living room with dining table and wood-burner stove. On the first floor is the living room and on the 2nd floor is two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the master bedroom you can enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and Monte Baldo. In the morning, the room is flooded with sunshine.

All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.

The entire building is built in stone and wood, with exposed beams in all rooms; outside you will find three tables with benches where you can eat your meals or relax reading a book lulled by the lapping of the crystal clear waters of the Agna stream; it is located 15 km from Salò.
