We were impressed by how roomy and open the room and en-suite felt, providing an instant sense of peace from the moment we arrived. The beautiful design and abundance of natural light contribute to this tranquil atmosphere. With a huge, comfy bed and plenty of space to lounge, it was the perfect setting to decompress and enjoy a quiet, relaxing weekend. Yvonne was the perfect host, super responsive, kind and welcoming! She really put us right at ease and made our stay especially memorable.

Beautifully located within the Thesen Island precinct with access to its facilities this unit is a penthouse with convenient access from your parking directly to the unit. Well maintained and kept well by Douglas who communicates clearly and is always close by if you need additional support.

What a joy to sleep with the sound of the waves. Fantastic location to just sit and enjoy the ocean. The rain shower has nice force making the shower very enjoyable. Lovely soft bath towels and linen

We had a lovely stay at Adele and Ken's place. We especially enjoyed their company and the lovely apartment which was so comfortable. We do regret that we did not stay longer.

We had a lovely weekend at Gael’s place. It is in the most beautiful and peaceful area. The cottage was spotless with all the amenities one could possibly need. We were made to feel right at home and our hosts were lovely and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future!

This is truly a hidden gem. Tucked away in beautifoul suroundings, the House is spacious, cozy and has Everything and more of what you need. We especially enjoyed the porch und spend Hours enjoying the views and nature around us. We had a lot of Plans for the area (Robberg Island is a Must!), but ended up spending much more time at the house than planned. We had a marvelous time and would advice anyone to Book this wonderful place!

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed — the hosts greeted us warmly and had thoughtfully left snacks, a bottle of wine, and even a delicious cake for us to enjoy. Such a special touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The house itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful location made it the perfect place to unwind. We loved spending time on the patio, soaking in the scenery, and enjoying relaxed evenings by the fire. The location is ideal too — just a short drive from town, yet far enough to feel like a private retreat. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Knysna, perfectly located right by the beach. Our private room was quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully separated from the main house, offering plenty of privacy. The surrounding area was peaceful, safe, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. While there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance, it’s a short 10 minute drive to Thesen Island, where we enjoyed some lovely dinner and drinks. Leisure Island itself offers stunning views of Knysna and is a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for a peaceful coastal escape!

Wonderful Stay with a Stunning View! We had an amazing stay at Silvia’s Cottage! The view is absolutely breathtaking, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the apartment was spotless, lovingly decorated and very clean. Silvia welcomed us warmly and gave us a lovely farewell. She was also very quick and helpful in communication. The area is simply beautiful, and we can easily imagine coming back here again. Highly recommended!

Our principle contact was Jonathan who couldn’t have done more for us, a superb host who lives nearby. The property is well equipped throughout and located in a safe residential area just 200m from the estuary. We spent 24 wonderful days there. One point is that internal access to the upstairs is by a rather narrow spiral staircase which might not suit all ie elderly but for others ie children a point of excitement. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending both the property and hosts as a wonderful home to relax and unwind in. We’ve only found one other to match!

This is an absolute gem of a spot. The home offers all you need under roof to enjoy a luxurious stay. Standouts are the incredible views, easy access to the spectacular beaches and walks around the area. Heinrich was an absolute star, going above and beyond in assisting us. Highly recommend!

Some Sedgefield charm, lovely hosts & nature's best. All of this allows a wonderful opportunity to find rest and make memories!

Not sure where to start. For a very affordable accommodation, we were not expecting that much value. Delightful hosts, always going the extra mile (or even two!), very friendly, very helpful, etc. We discussed a lot, learned a lot about the surroundings, and more. The place itself is very nice, clean, and despite us cooking way more that most people will -on holidays, you tend to go to restaurants and take doggy bags-, we managed to do everything we wanted with the equipment provided. We highly recommend that place.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Brenton. We didn’t want to leave this beautiful place. We loved our amazing view and peaceful surroundings. The home was clean and more than adequately kitted out. Probably the best Air BnB we have stayed in. Thank you for being an amazing host and thinking of the small touches, like the risks and milk in the fridge upon arrival. We will definitely be back.

Very nice spot! Ideal setting and accommodation. Perfect spot to break away and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surrounding of the touws river. Will def be back again, :)
