Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Obstladen, Netto, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 400 m entfernt.
