Inside the house there is a one apartment and one studio and both can accommodate two guests. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which allows you to enjoy your own meals and holiday. There is also separate bedroom with TV and beautiful spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. Studio i equipped with spacious living room with pull-out bed, TV, sofa and few steps higher kitchen with dining table. From the terrace and garden you can enjoy yourself by gazing at the mountain and hill view surrounded with vineyards or just enjoy in BBQ facilities, your children can enjoy our playground with many options.

The holiday escape showcases original architectural beams, warm wood flooring, a sun room, a steam room sauna, and a backyard with a manicured garden and a dining area under the lush pergola. Beautiful indoor pool which is available from April 1st untill November 1st. Ground floor, first floor, garden and pool are available for guests only! Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

City Centre Samobor

The cozy little studio is set within short walking distance (5 mins), from Samobor´s main square. It has its own private entrance and parking space. It is luxury accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a large flat screen TV, a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also, it benefits from underfloor heating throughout and a powerful air-con unit which ensures that you have the most comfortable stay all year around. It is terrific central location to further explore Samobor.

The Main Square Penthouse is situated right on the Zagreb main square, Jelacic square, number 4, fourth floor, as central as it gets, just a few steps to all the city sites, museums, restaurants, stores etc. The view from the apartment is amazing, to the famous Dolac food market, the cathedral and the Upper town. We can arrange a taxi pick up/drop off at the airport, with additional charge, and also provide a parking lot in a private garage, 100 meters from the apartment, free of charge.

Vani je privatni grijani bazen 4x8 (otvoren od 01.5.-01.10.) okružen bujnim zelenilom koje nudi privatnost. Kuća je opremljena za 6 osoba i max.2 psa te idealna je za obiteljski odmor. Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Nova pasivna hiša Hirundo ponuja vrhunsko izkušnjo bivanja v mirni vasici, a v neposredni bližini Brežic. Zagreb je oddaljen dobrih 30 km. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.
