The reserve itself is nestled next to the CBR dam, with the ideal opportunity to do silent watersport, like canoeing. Note: This is a hostless/ self-check in stay. Fig Cottage (Pet Friendly) has access to the whole pear farm and is on the banks of the largest dam in the Western Cape. Your stay also includes a private dam and picnic area to relax at. We are neighbours to Theewater Sports Club where one can sail, swim, fish and boat and close by are mountain biking/ 4x4 trails and restaurants. We are 2kms from Villiersdorp and a short drive accesses all surrounding towns. Late check-out on request

#Bainsbosch A spacious tranquil rustic cabin on the banks of the Wit River at the base of Bains Kloof Pass. The cabin is surrounded by 2 hectares of fynbos and the Limietberg mountains. There is a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Mount Bain is a protected nature reserve . The Wit River flows down Bains Kloof. Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.

New Beginnings Cottage

Surrounded by mountains boasting a picturesque garden and farm dam view, New Beginnings Cottage is situated on Toddle Inn Farm, 21kms (10kms on gravel) outside the historic town of Montagu in the Western Cape. It is private and mostly quiet and peaceful, however, it is situated in a working farm area. It is pet friendly by arrangement and is mostly fenced off but is open to the farm dam at the bottom so is not 100% foolproof.

The house has fibre internet and the speed can be adjusted to your requirements (might be an extra). Our 8 sleeper villa is surrounded by vineyards owned by Skaap wines, a small boutique winery on the Schapenbergen near Somerset West, Cape Town.

Mountain Spring self-catering cottage consists of an open plan kitchen and living area, with a comfortable double sleeper couch. For rainy days in winter, there is a fireplace in the living area. The spacious porch with built in braai area has a spectacular view of the mountains. For the adventurous there is an outside bath tucked away behind the rocks with hot water and breathtaking surroundings.
