There's also a private terrace with a seating area and a barbecue, which offers magnificent views of Girl's Castles and Palava.

Located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking paths, 7 km from beautiful MIkulov, 8 km from the Moravia water park, 8 km from Věstonická Venus ... Valtice, Lednice (20km) are nearby and 1 hour you have from us to Vienna:). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large common room, a kitchen and TV, and a playroom for kids and grown-ups alike. You have at your disposal an outdoor grill, seating on the terrace.

Ale pozor, nikdy tu nebude sami - mezi řádky se procházejí srnky a největší brouk Evropy, přilétají ptáci a v hlubším lese se občas ozve čuník. Kde jinde zažít kouzlo přítomného okamžiku ❤️.

This is a luxury apartment in a new building in Mušlov (urban part of Mikulov - 4km) and with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from the Lednice-Valtice area. The nearest towns for necessary purchases are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). The price of the stay includes Nespresso coffee and Leros tea.
