Very nice apartment! Great amenities! So much to do in a short walking distance!

Perfect little place to stay! Loved being near all the restaurants & shopping stores. Parking garage is very close and super easy to get into the building. Had no worry about my car! The place was very neat! Would come again!

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

This place is as cute as a bug. We loved it! Calm, beautiful and relaxing. This place will be my go to when I'm in town. I have actually already booked again. Thank you Bea and Jim for making us feel so welcome. Our stay was like home away from home. Everything we needed was available and those big, fluffy towels are heavenly. So much better than staying in a hotel! Bea's place is perfect if you want privacy, quiteness, relaxation and no worries. Could not have chosen a better place. ❤️

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Michael’s place was very nice & clean. In a very nice area with a beautiful city view from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

The King bed and bedding was so comfortable! It was such a cute nice place and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a great stay!

A beautiful spot, with lots of windows, in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. We had an excellent view of the eclipse!

Such a cute home; well decorated; and while older - super nice with the amenities needed for a quick trip. We were in town for my daughter’s competition and it was easy to find and nice spot to go while we had to wait. Thank you for sharing your home!

We have now enjoyed two stays in this home, and were SO happy with both. Holley is a responsive, communicative host, and has thought of everything for the home. So happy to have this as an option when we come to town to visit family, and would not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend this home and host!

Tao and Laura were great hosts. Place was super clean, super easy check in and allowed us for do a late checkout that was so easy and kind! Would definitely book with them again!

My family and I felt right at home! The home was as described. The kitchen was well equipped for our month stay, there's a playground & basketball court that our children enjoyed, the neighborhood was peaceful & easy access to shopping, Lackland AFB, & a VA clinic. Would highly recommend!

Grant was a fantastic host and his house was great! The house was very clean and spacious and the yard and area was very quite and relaxing. I moved back to the area for work and Grant was very accommodating and worked with me on bringing my larger dogs and extending the reservation a few times. We ended up staying for 2.5 months total and it was great to have a nice place that we felt safe in while we looked for our new home. I would recommend Grant and this location to anyone with a short or long trip.

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Good location and easy access to downtown. Condo was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after being out. The amenities were as described and the instructions on the secure entrances was clear. Didn't need to contact hosts as everything was spelled out!

Naveed was great - super kind, welcoming, and responsive. Pickleball courts across the streets which we enjoyed every day! Lots of cute places to eat and drink nearby. Can also walk to Ladybird lake for a pretty stroll. Board games at the house were a nice touch.

What a beautiful property and view! The rooftop amenities were also a great benefit. Nice and spacious apartments with plenty of space and all the essentials. The front door was a little hard to open but otherwise no complaints!

Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

Great neighborhood, very walkable and great restaurants close by!

You can’t beat this place. Super walkable to the entire east side. Also easy to hop on a scooter and ride the bike path straight into downtown. Shower was very large. Had a lot of the little things. Bed was comfy. Host was very friendly and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.
