Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The old cellar door at Firegrass Estate

the cellar door is a spacious building made from hay bales with high ceiling and amazing views of the working vineyard out towards state forests and surrounded by native vegetation. the building was once the cellar door for the vineyard and still has the round bar and industrial kitchen. relax after a day exploring the various wineries and other attractions with a wine and cheese board while taking in the glow from the sunset, or take a stroll for kangaroo spotting

Country cottage charm with 2 king beds

Kirup Cottage is a 98 year old cottage with the charm of yesteryear and a few modern comforts, including two king beds or one king and two singles (please specify on booking). There is a modern bathroom with separate toilet. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. Stay at home or explore the surrounding wineries, local pub, towns of the Blackwood River Valley region, bike tracks and hiking trails. Donnybrook is just 17km north for all your supplies.

A luxury adult accomodation to enjoy as a base to explore the southwest region or just to take time off from a busy life and just chill in a comfortable and relaxing space. Enjoy drinks on the deck to take in the rural views and evening sunsets. At night, light up the fire pit and take in the night sky with a glass of wine in hand.
