Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Ours has direct access to the Seine (unsecured) On site, there is a communal pool open from June 15 to September 15. Playground for children, tennis courts, soccer and petanque. The estate is 1 hr 20 min from Paris, 20 min from Provins and 45 min from Fontainebleau.

All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Come and relax in a quiet and secure private estate. You will enjoy a garden with pontoon and access to the lake (swimming and fishing allowed) from a boat at your disposal. The sleeping arrangements consist of two double beds and 3 single beds. 100 metres from an artificial beach with games for children; ping pong tables; volleyball/tennis/pétanque court. A haven of peace and tranquility, private and therefore not crowded, unlike a campsite...
