Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The house is at the foot of the Saint Quiriace collegiate church which plunges into the garden. It's an old canon's house. It has been tastefully restored. It has crazy charm and an incredible soul. It is located on a very quiet shaded square and the garden allows you to rest while admiring the dome of the collegiate church. You'll feel right at home here. The furniture has been antiqued and the decor is very neat. The beds are of hotel quality. Linens are old linen.

The house is very quiet (accessed by a cul-de-sac along the river) 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two juxtaposed single beds) and a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Possibility of remote work (fiber optic Wi-Fi) Large terrace overlooking the Yonne, ideal for outdoor dining. Access is via an external staircase.
