Diese stilvolle und hochwertige Unterkunft, in einem geschichtsträchtigen und liebevoll sanierten Gutshaus, eignet sich perfekt für Familien- und Gruppenreisen. Das Anwesen ist in einen Landschaftspark mit weitläufigen Grün- und Waldflächen, direkt an einem kleinen Bach liegend, eingebettet. Die Natur spielt hier die Hauptrolle. Dies zeigt sich auch in der natürlichen und nachhaltigen Bewirtschaftung des Gutes. Frisches Gemüse, Kräuter, Eier und Obst werden in den umliegenden Gärten kultiviert.

Stilvolles Loft mit Seeblick Die Unterkunft ist für bis zu 10 Personen geeignet. Das Apartment befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt bis zu 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und 1 separate Toilette. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Haarfön sind vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit griechischen Erzeugnissen.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Ein kostenloser Autoabstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Seenahe ist eine ruhige Selbstversorger-Unterkunft, nur wenige Auto Minuten vom Grabensee entfernt und perfekt für Ihre Auszeit.

Our family-friendly holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet right in the center. The natural swimming spot at Lake Obertrum, the public beach at Lake Mattsee, and the village center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. But you don’t even have to go far to enjoy nature: relax in our garden, have breakfast on your private terrace with a glimpse of lake view, and smile at our mini pigs and chickens.
