There are countless ways to enjoy your free time: the world's longest castle, Lake Wöhrsee, heated outdoor pool, indoor pool, old town of Burghausen, jazz festival, etc. Lake Ibmer and the Ibmer Moor can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Salzburg (about 1 hour) and Munich (about 1 hour 20 minutes) are also quickly reached by car.

Grocery stores, restaurants and a lake are available within walking distance. The apartment sleeps 4 people. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request).

With us, children have the opportunity to explore nature and discover new things about herbs and plants. Our goats, sheeps, chickens, ducks and our cat Schnurli are always happy to welcome you.

The loft offers a large kitchen with induction field, stove and refrigerator as well as a 25 m² glass front with insect protection. The private bathroom is only accessible via the shared anteroom, where other guests are also on the go. The windows can only be partially shaded – perfect for waking up with the sun. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.
