The house is equipped with modern conveniences and is ideal as a family home for a holiday in and around the house or as base to discover Burgundy.

Located near Lake Chaumeçon, two small, eco-friendly, ranch-style wooden chalets sit within a 5-hectare wooded property accessible via a 1 km dirt track. They are completely off-grid, featuring solar panels and running spring water. Each chalet offers all the comforts needed for your stay, including a fridge, gas-powered hot water, and a wood-burning stove for heating. We provide a canoe for outings on the lake, as well as mountain bikes available upon reservation.

The small garden gîte

A brand new home in an old barn, in the middle of nature with a magnificent view and everything you need for a pleasant stay alone, as a couple or with children. A few meters from the vacation rental, a cabin under the trees can accommodate two additional guests (additional charge calculated at the time of booking). We provide everything you need for your stay (bed linen and towels). You will have Wi-Fi in the cottage and a parking space.

You have 4 km bakery, grocery store, pizzeria. Dogs are allowed. We have an extra bed, sheets not provided .

Small pleasant house on enclosed land (750 m2) in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park near Lake Chaumeçon (2 km) and other lakes (Settons, Pannecière, Crescent, St Agnan). Beautiful walks in our forests and around the lakes for hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts. In the village of Brassy there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a pizzeria. On Tuesdays from 4 p.m. there is a small market with some local products.

Take a break... Nestled in a green setting, this comfortable cottage in the heart of Morvan will seduce you with the quality of its environment. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

There are plenty of exceptional sites nearby such as Vézelay, Chablis or Noyers. If you like authenticity, gastronomy and tranquility, this house is for you.

We will welcome you in our pigeon tower, decorated and consisting a kitchen, a salon, a mezzanine and a bathroom independant. You can use the towels/sheets, our private parking, a terrace and the pasture of 5 hectares. The whole is located close to all commercial facilities. A place simple and ideal for enjoying nature and outdoor activities.

Relax in this peaceful and warm place. It's a small house where the living is good… Everything is ready when you arrive, the beds are made, the wood stove is lit, the electric radiators as well… Hand and bath towels are at your disposal. The little house now has Wi-Fi.
