With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

Get away from it all when you stay in this scenic, small cabin that features a king size bed, cozy fireplace, kitchenette with fridge and 2-burner propane cooktop only 5 miles north of Malone easily accessible off Rt. 30. Only 10 minutes to the Trout River border crossing to Canada. 20 minutes south gets you to a prestigious 36-hole PGA golf course. Just a few minutes more and you can ski at Titus Mountain. Hosts live on property and invite you enjoy the sounds of the Trout River.

Over 20,000 acres of State land in the town of Brasher. The cabin has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and bath with laundry. There are (2) Queen beds, (1) Queen Futon, and (2) Twin bunk beds. Includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St Lawrence River and Canada.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Lazy River Cottage

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

The Nest

The “Nest” is the fourth of five freshly remodeled Suites inside Main Street Suites directly on the St Regis River in downtown Brasher Falls. Guests of the “Nest” will find the perfect amount of space and charm in their second story studio apartment, with private balcony perched above the St Regis River. Whether traveling for work or just for fun ,this suite is sure to make you not want to leave.

This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.

The Buckton House

1872 United Methodist church converted into a great cabin/farmhouse style home. This home features 1 bedroom and a large 30'x14' loft area and can accommodate 6+ guests easily. Conveniently located near: Potsdam State College/Clarkson University = 15 minutes Massena (St. Lawrence River) = 20 minutes Canadian Border Crossing @ Cornwall = 25 minutes Lake Placid = 1 hr 10 minutes
