THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

En ö i Västerhavet, nära Göteborg, endast 2 färjor bort (gratis). Längst ut i kusten med solnedgången i horisont. När solen gått ned tänds en stjärnhimmel. Hyppeln är en genuin skärgårdsö, ett levande samhälle. En av tio bebodda öar i Öckerö. Betagande vacker både i storm och stiltje. I gästhamnen finns krog, grillplats, en liten affär och på toppen ett fort. I huset finns allt du behöver, fullt utrustat kök, samt en Bubbelpool att njuta i. Sängkläder och duschhanddukar ingår.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ett boende för dej som önskar bo på en ö men ändå närhet till Göteborg. Huset är 60 kvm, med kök och matplats, toalett med dusch, vardagsrum. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 160 cm, ett loft med en 140 cm säng och ytterligare ett loft med en 160 säng (ej ståhöjd i något av loften och lite speciell stege/trappa till loften) Lakan och handdukar ingår. Parkering finns på Saltholmen för en bil. För dej som vill njuta av en underbar miljö.

Välkommen till ett skärgårdshus med en fantastisk havsutsikt på ön Asperö i Göteborgs södra skärgård. Boendet har en ljus interiör och ett härligt ljusinsläpp från morgon till kväll. Boendet ligger ett stenkast från färjeläget och hamnen. Där finns en 24/7 livsmedelsbutik som är tillgänglig med svenskt bank ID. På grannön Brännö finns en välsorterad livsmedelsbutik. En badbrygga finns rakt nedanför huset och runt ön en naturskön promenadslinga på 3 km.

Från balkongen med kvällsol ser du får som betar på ängen. Boendet har två sovrum, vardagsrum, badrum och ett rymligt, fullt utrustat kök. Tvättmaskin finns i badrummet, fungerande vedspis i köket. Boendet är på ca 75 kvadrat.

Inredningen är rustik och ibland använder vi huset som ateljé. Naturreservat, klippor och hav precis runt hörnet och även en mataffär och ett värdshus 5 min bort.
