Lina was super helpful and friendly. The place was close to Busch Gardens . I It was perfect for a family of 4 and very clean.

We had a wonderful time at Mariyah’s beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house was modern and spacious. The pool was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet. The area had so many different shops and restaurants which made things super convenient for us. Mariyah was so nice and quickly responded to our questions. Our family will definitely be staying here again soon.

Jessica was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, she was kind, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a few special touches that made our trip extra memorable. The location was perfect, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Thank you, Jessica, we would love to come back again!

The house & host were both absolutely wonderful! This is the perfect house to stay in if you want to have a chill time and have plenty of things to do where you stay. From the pool to the arcade game to the pool table, there’s plenty to keep busy with for trips where you want some calm days as well. There’s also a TV in each room including one outside, which was a plus. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful and backyard felt pretty private. Garland was a super nice host & it was nice to not have a 3 page check out list when we left as well, just some minimal chores liking taking the trash out and turning lights off. He even sent a list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again! :)

Diana’s place was wonderful and she was an amazing host. She was always responsive and helped with all of our questions and needs. Her place was well equipped with supplies and was close to stores and restaurants. And my kids had so much fun at the backyard park!

We had 5 teens and 4 adults for a weekend at Busch Gardens and a concert MIDFLORIDA Amphitheater. The home is perfect for a group of this size with plenty of space and nothing cramped. Everything is new and in great shape. It is super convenient to Busch Gardens and took less than 5 minutes to drive there. There is a grocery store less than 5 minutes which was nice as well. The neighborhood is working class and was very quiet. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again if heading to Busch Gardens or USF with a larger group.

Monique’s villa was SO pretty! No corners were cut when she remodeled and designed this beautiful place—gorgeous! All 3 bedrooms had beyond comfortable mattresses and linens along with all 3 bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed, plus more! The pool was literal steps from the back porch where we enjoyed lots of time with our kids (we never saw anyone so it felt like our own) We enjoyed coffee and a cocktail on the comfortable outdoor couch while watching bunnies, birds and some geckos in the garden areas. We are looking at coming back in a few months to Florida and won’t hesitate to rent this home again. This home is also located close to restaurants and shops, plus it is in gated Saddlebrook resort where there is golfing, restaurants and pools you can utilize. Great find!

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

Wonderful host and beautiful place.

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

A beautiful group of cottages tucked in off a slightly busy road. Easy access to the bike trail access point. Approx 2 mile drive to downtown. Definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.
