For Females only —- Master bedroom with private 4 pcs washroom , in a big semi detached, in the heart of family neighbourhood of Churchill meadows , 20 mins walk to Erin mills town centre mall and Walmart . 5 mins walk to bus station. 10 mins walk to McDonald’s, Nations and Tim Hortons. Stay with a small &Quiet family of 3 , myself, my 15, and 16 yrs old son& daughter. Room is equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle. Shared washer and dryer. No Kitchen. No parking. No pets. No alcohol!!
