Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bragança

Hemos estado muy a gusto, la casa está genial, en muy buen sitio para conocer la zona, y el anfitrión ha estado atento a nuestras preguntas y necesidades. Como mejora, yo pondría pestillos en los baños, o al menos que cierre la puerta (en alguno no se podía), y dejaría más limpio el patio para que se pudiera estar en él. De todas formas, muy recomendable.

Excelente escolha para escapar à rotina citadina! Localização acessível, com estacionamento e infraestruturas úteis a cerca de 20min de carro. Aldeia histórica muito bonita e acolhedora, calma, rodeada de natureza e paz. A casa superou as expectativas, sendo melhor do que aparenta nas fotografias, além de que estava impecável: limpa, arrumada e equipada com tudo o que é necessário. O enorme pátio, o incrível jacuzzi, as bicicletas, a cama de rede, as clarabóias, o ar-condicionado, a fogueira, a lareira e a salamandra foram algumas das cerejas no topo do bolo, mas tudo nos maravilhou e nos fez sentir em casa! Aceitarem animais de companhia também nos agradou bastante. Os anfitriões foram impecáveis: simpáticos, disponíveis, responsivos, acessíveis e sempre prontos a ajudar ou a dar sugestões do que aproveitar nos arredores. A dona Paula é uma pessoa muito humilde e carinhosa, que conhece a história da aldeia e a partilha com um brilho no olhar. Esperamos regressar um dia!

Logement très propre, lieu très reposant malgré séjour très court et près de Vila Real. Super accueil autant par Mr Lorival que par Mr Coelho. On reviendra j'espère pour un plus long séjour et je le conseillerai autour de moi.

Absolutely beautiful, stylish home. It was huge! It would be a wonderful place to come with a small group or for a family. We were just a couple but loved it just as much! The Jacuzzi tub was great and the beds were comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. Very good value for the space. Host was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Cada detalhe, desde a decoração acolhedora até à vista deslumbrante, contribui para uma estada inesquecível. Nunca nos esqueceremos dos mergulhos na bela piscina com o por do sol, das gargalhadas e danças que duravam o dia inteiro. Vocês criaram um verdadeiro refúgio, onde nos sentimos em casa. Maria is one of those rare souls that you immediately gravitate to. Cannot gush about this amazing host enough, she really is 1 in a million. Maria how do you do this for what you charge? Above and beyond, supplying breakfast and all of the other touches in the fridge; milk, beer, bottled water. On the table a fruit selection. Honestly we feel like we underpaid and this is rare. We chose Maria’s accommodation as were enroute to Southern Portugal so only stayed one night but were extremely happy to have found this place. We don’t actually know what else to say without sounding OTT. If you get the chance to stay here, please do. 5 star ++++++ Muito Obrigada, Muchas Gracias, Vielen Dank, Thank You.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location. The host was friendly and forthcoming. The house was clean and fully equipped. Fortunately there were heaters all over the place, so even during our winter stay, we stayed warm and cozy.

Fueron unas vacaciones perfectas! nos hemos quedado enamorados del pueblo y de la casa. Nos hemos venido con la idea de repetir. Juan nada más llegar fue muy agradable, nos explicó todo y nos aconsejo donde comer, lugares que visitar, muy amable y atento!!! Si queréis disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas, este es el sitio perfecto!! PD: Que decir del tiempo...ha sido maravilloso, justo lo que estábamos buscando para huir del calor de Madrid.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la casa de Amalia, sus indicaciones nos fueron muy útiles. Esperamos repetir!

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el alojamiento. La casa es muy bonita y es ideal para ir con niños porque disfrutan mucho del jardín. Fue una estancia muy agradable.

The casa was absolutely perfect for our needs. A very homey, warm space, containing absolutely everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. An added bonus - the rooftop terrace! Rabal is a peaceful little village with a mix of deserted ruins and homes inhabited mostly by locals. We appreciated staying in a town that wasn't dominated by tourist rentals and we found all the locals very friendly and ready to say good morning or more. Conversations were only limited by our ability to speak no more than basic Portuguese. Both little cafes/bars, located side by side, were delightful! Both a great 'go to' for the beverage of your choice. Location, location, location! There are some lovely walks right outside the door. Recommended is a circular walk through the countryside to the Santuário de Santa Ana. Bragança is a short 15 min. drive. The circular route to Puebla de Sanabria, Spain and back through Rio de Orno is an incredibly scenic drive. Ninho do Melro II - Highly recommended!

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Teresa y Jorge son unos anfitriones maravillosos, que nos han mimado durante toda nuestra estancia. Están siempre disponibles y buscando satisfacer cualquier deseo o necesidas que pudieramos tener. La casa es realmente peculiar y especial, llena de historia y bonita decoración, antiguedades y detalles exquisitos. Niños y adultos hemos estado tan cómodos con la piscina, el clima, la barbacoa, el mobiliario exterior,... que hemos disfrutado más la casa que las obligadas visitas turísticas de la ciudad e la zona. Recomendable al 100%

Endroit incroyable et unique en son genre. C’était une agréable surprise et belle immersion dans la vallée de douro. L’emplacement est encore plus magnifique que sur photos. La maison est très belle aussi. Nous avions loué une auto et je crois que c’est nécessaire pour ce genre d’endroit mais cela a value la peine. Finalement, les hôtes sont exceptionnels, accueillant et super disponibles. Il est bon de savoir que ce logement est sur un vignoble et nous avons pu profiter de la dégustation et d’une visite intéressante sur la fabrication de leur vin sur place (qui était délicieux). Notre voyage n’est pas terminé actuellement, mais moi et ma famille avons eu un énorme coup de cœur pour absolument tout de ce secteur.

I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.

Words won’t do justice to this review! We enjoyed our stay here so much. We stayed for two nights and this stay was in the middle of our 2 weeks travelling around Portugal and we picked the perfect place to rest, relax and just soak up the sun and the views (and wine!). The villa we stayed in was so beautiful and so modern, and exquisitely clean! We had our 8 month old with us and Pedro provided everything we needed for him. The baby loved the pool (it was a bit cold but he still dipped his feet in), and looking around the property at all the trees and fruit! We did olive oil tasting with Pedro and learned a lot, he is so passionate about his craft which was lovely to see. We spent a lot of time on the two patios, one with a table to share meals and the other with nice patio furniture to lounge and sip on some wine! We’re thankful Pedro told us to bring food for our meals (lunch and dinner), breakfast was included and it was honestly enough food for lunch!

Excelente alojamento e excelentes anfitriões. A casa é espaçosa, muito confortável e com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia tranquila. Localizada na zona histórica de Bragança, os acessos não são os melhores mas as indicações dadas pelos anfitriões ajudaram muito. O rio Fervença a correr mesmo ao lado dá-lhe um toque especial. Recomendo e voltaremos.

belle maison moderne tout en étant cosy. Belle vue, excellentes prestations. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et de qualité avec en + la livraison de pain frais et viennoiseries tôt le matin.

My family and I loved this elegant beautifully decorated with original art work villa that has orange and lemon trees that we made fresh orange juice every morning. The little town of Oliveriera(sp?) was great to walk around. It rained a lot while we were there 4 nites in April 2025 so I think that a summer stay would be better in order to use the pool and try the grapes in their vineyards. Sergio and Josesandre? Gave us 2 bottles of wine from their vineyard which was delicious. Luckily the heaters worked just fine so we could warm up the house. The WiFi and internet worked great also. Luved it! Andrea
