Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Braga

The house is beautiful, well-equipped and well organized. The garden is wonderful and Soajo is a captivating place. Manuel was very kind and a good conversation with him made the experience wonderful for us (me, my wife, and our animals).

We really enjoyed our stay with Marta. She was always there when you needed something or had a question and was always friendly. The room and the kitchen are actually really hard to order as described, but the pictures look a little different than in reality. You can also make some cornflakes or bread for breakfast in the kitchen, but of course you can have a better brunch in the city centre of Porto. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and cannot criticize anything about the apartment. Three successful days for us.

This Baroque-style mansion, which has a chapel dating back to 1618, is a real wonder. This is a family home, keeping its character and charm of yesteryear intact, where everyone can retreat peacefully under the trees or by the pool. Inês and her husband are always available and you will get good advice from them - you can discover in Marco de Canaveses an excellent little restaurant: the "Bodeguita do Bom Retiro" - but they will also let you live your life. Hosts will be able to shop, prepare meals in the kitchen, and feel at home with longtime friends. The house is surrounded by vines and hills. The breakfast with scrambled eggs and fruit is generous, the jams and lemonade are exquisite. From this large residence you can one day visit the Douro Valley and another the city of Guimarães, birthplace of Portugal, both classified as a Unesco World Heritage Site...

We loved our stay at Marta's from the moment we arrived! Marta is very organized, helpful and very generous with sharing her house and all its amenities with guests. We played ping pong, did some yoga, made excellent breakfasts and even got to pick fresh lemons from her tree! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, Marta was happy to let us leave luggage after checkout time since we had a late flight. Hope to make it back here one day!

Casas da Li is a very welcoming space, in a mountain village, 500 m high and therefore, with fabulous views. Of course, the road is difficult by the curves, but with a good pavement. It's worth it for the contact with nature and the unique views. The facilities are very good, as are the breakfast. It was a very good experience.

We enjoyed Porto and Green Cottage very much. City park and beach on foot, with the bus just into the city, Atlantic and the long promenade on the Douro a force. Constanza and Nuno were always available. Thanks to Constanza for her recommendations. We will recommend Green Cottage,

We were on our way from Porto and spent three wonderful days with Ines and her husband. It was fantastically beautifully located, the rooms and the ambiance as from old times and Ines and her family rounded everything off with their warmth. Thanks so much 😊

Really enjoyed the hostel and would stay again. It was focused around the surfing in the morning which was great, Marco is a great teacher and you get plenty of time on the waves. Raquel is a lovely host and the food is excellent, there's a bit of a lack of local things to do and places to eat within walking distance but the nearest city isn't too far if you want to explore in the afternoons/evenings. Would totally reccomend the hostel to anyone wanting to learn how to surf, many thanks : )

André and his team are very pleasant, attentive. The place of the stay is impeccable and very comfortable. I would definitely return to host with him. I recommend 100% as the cost-benefit is very high. Congratulations!!

Great stay, wonderful house, excellent breakfast. Jose gave us some recommendations about restaurants and what to see in the region.

Offers a in intimate, home-away-from home environment that also feels luxurious(specifically the bathrooms). As a person who likes to explore, it felt nice to wander around the property without feeling intrusive and was encouraged to get to know the environment. Wine tasting is not like typical wine tastings. Again, feels like you are having the farm’s wine with family. Just an overall beautiful experience.

Stay with Maria was perfect, she took perfect care of “lost foreigners”, she explained everything to us, recommended walks in the neighbourhood, restaurants, where to park, where to go, gave us many tips what to see and even knew about some festivals going on. She is very nice, but not overstepping boundaries or privacy. Marias place is very nice, spacey, very clean. Mainly we appreciated private bathroom, really nice neighborhood and friendliness of Maria, we felt like staying at friends house. Thank you a lot for having us for that few days

Antonio welcomed us like an hotel owner. A place filled with a beautiful family story told with passion . Politeness and courtesy are there I recommend it:)

We had a great stay here. For location,its not far from the center only 25 mins walking away and we got access to different kind of bars,Cafes and shops. Or we could just easily to Bolt to drive us to anyplace from the house. The house is absolutely clean and looks so beautiful and stylish. The hosts of this house were so friendly and helpful and communite and responsive. We booked the Amor room and it has a bright space and excellent balcony. The breakfast included is a surprise every you started the day. Lovely garden,lovely house and absolutely lovely Porto city!

Very large house with everything you need. There were 14 of us and we occupied 7 rooms, each with a bathroom. The refrigerator failed and Tiago replaced it the same day. Perfect place to visit the Douro and the surrounding towns but a little far from Porto. Access to the house is via the back street.

We had a great time at Ann and her husband's place. They are lovely hosts, who made us feel very comfortable. The pool is a big plus. It feels like home. Above all, do not change anything and continue to make the guests who are visiting your beautiful home happy. we would have liked to continue the stay. Everything was perfect.

This place is such a gem. Incredible hosts, perfect lodgings, fantastic breakfast, and dreamy dinners. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed at in any of my travels!!

A really lovely room just like the photos. The family were all very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to check in early as the room was ready and looked after our bags on our last day .We had a fantastic meal one evening in their restaurant, not to be missed . The only down side was it’s a reasonable walk to the old town of Porto but if you don’t mind that it’s a lovely place to stay
