The Poconos House is a small cozy two bedroom + loft, 1 bathroom chalet style house in the Poconos Mountains inside Arrowhead Lake Community. Rustic and quaint, yet with modern touches, The House is cool during the summer and cozy during the winter, and a great base for Poconos exploration. We renovated the interior and are excited to share our home! Please be respectful of our happy place that we worked hard on. This cozy chalet is in Locust Lake Village, a sun-filled location known for open living. The home has a modern ambiance to provide a relaxing stay. On the 1st floor is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area for 8, two bedrooms, and a full bath. On the second floor, there is a large master bedroom and a full bath. The basement is furnished with an entertainment/game room with a 75 " TV with multiple video game systems to keep you entertained. The guest booking the Chalet must be 25 years of age.

The cabin is nestled on a wooded 1/2 acre covered by lush fern in the Pocono Mountains. The nearest lake (Locust Lake) is a walkable 0.3 miles away and features a sand beach, swimming, fishing and boating. Your stay includes use of a kayak and paddle board conveniently located at the lake. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 as per twp Twp Registration # 013372
