Holiday rentals with a patio in Bradford West Gwillimbury

Just what I was looking for. A peaceful stay close to nature. The train tracks right beside us was powerful. Caused me to stop and take it in. My wife said it was a reminder to stay present in the moment when a train passed. A lot of fun!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transit. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Such a cute little airbnb! My boyfriend and I visited Newmarket for a wedding. We just stayed one night and it this was the perfect place for the two of us. It was very clean and Ana was a great host, she was very quick to respond and allowed us to check-in early and was also flexible on check-out time. She also stocked the airbnb with water bottles, snacks and a few toiletries which was very nice!

Had a great stay place was beautiful. Great communication with host would def recommend. Both me and my wife can’t wait to come back again in the future.

Our stay was very good, very clean and easy drive to the place, parking was also available.

First cottage trip with friends this summer. Stayed 3 nights and had a blast. Clint was responsive and gave us great recommendations for activities/food around the area. We were able to have a great time cooking meals with the already provided cookware, utensils, bonfire (s’mores) etc. Utilized the big TV for movies, Nintendo Switch games, and music. If you’re interested in a clean mix between cottage vibes and homey this is the right place to pick. Would come back again. Aside from staying in we visited Friday Harbour: okay boardwalk (not much to do but to walk around), trail was nice.

Elias' place was a wonderful getaway for our group of 3 families. We all have toddler aged children, the space is very accommodating for them, the beach is 30 seconds walk away from the home and there are children's toys and books that Elias offered for us to share in. The water is really nice, great dock access. About 2ft deep at the dock and fairly weedy, you have to swim out about 30-40m to get to deeper water for a nice swim. The paddleboard worked really well for us! Outdoor patio space is fantastic, there is a large umbrella for shade for the sectional and the outdoor dining table. BBQ, outdoor shower, swing, children swings and slide, and fire pit all made for a very pleasant experience. Hot tub was lovely and comfortably sits 4. Kitchen was lovely and fully stocked, has everything you might need to cook your meals. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Elias was great and communicative, we look forward to our next stay!

My friends and I loved this place. We had a wonderful experience staying here and Katerina was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the space was clean and comfortable. My friends and I definitely would book again, and recommend this for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful natural setting!

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. Everything was great down to every little detail. Soaps, shampoo, Conditioner, towels, toothpaste and new brushes in case you forgot yours. Coffee, tea and sugar, water bottles and ice in the freezer. Every detail was perfect. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Only negative... is you can hear the main level apartment (living space) people walking around if heavy footed... but in general that was not a problem and not a complaint. Just an FYI for future renters.

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

Had a great stay! Very comfortable, clean and great communication from Vlad! Had a high chair available for use which was a nice touch! The only feedback we would give would be it would be nice to have more than two towels for a family especially being that there’s a pool but that was no big deal! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved our stay! Place was spotless and just as described, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Unfortunately the Nature Preserve was closed during our stay, and the pool was closed for maintenance, but Lina was accommodating otherwise. One thing to note is that the unit is right next to a stairwell exit, so if you have a sensitive dog like ours, they may be disturbed by some noises. Thanks again for the great stay!

The apartment was fantastic it was so cozy and had everything you could need for your stay! David is very nice and explained everything great but didn't reply to my texts during the stay. It was hard to find the apartment. Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment it was so lovely and I would stay again!

Clean and tidy place. Great location in terms of transportation. Many choices of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Safe and peaceful.
