Our charming 1 BR/ 1 Bath condo is a new to the rental market. It was formerly owner occupied. The property is in the Bradenton Beach area of Anna Maria Island. Beach is right across the street with deeded access. The pool is the largest heated pool on the island. Fitness center has newer equipment. There is a fishing pier which also works as a great way to enjoy beautiful views of the Anna Maria sound. Free trolley stop is right in front of the property. Washer/dryer in unit.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my mobile home is located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay with a little beach 2 min. down the road from my house, where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish. The homes are a combination of mobile homes like mine and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, very safe and friendly. 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.

Christine’s place was perfect for our stay in Anna Maria Island. Great location with just being steps to the beach. The pool was nice to have after a long day in the sun but getting to be so close to the beach was our favorite part. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful home and surrounding area, Pristine home in brand new condition. Expertly furnished, lots to do for teenagers, they loved the ice bath! Well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful would definitely recommend this location and home. Happy vacationing.

Everything about this place and our host was top notch! Short walk to a stunning beach, shopping and restaurants. Decor was beautiful, felt private outside and by the pool, very clean and Jen was an amazing host; quick to respond and recommend the best places to visit. I highly recommend renting from Jen. We are already looking forward to staying here next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

I had an amazing stay! Great area, so comfortable and homey, and Rebekah checked in consistently to see if we needed anything. We used a few of her local recs and they were great. Super close to the bridge to AMI also - will 100% be staying again! Loved it here! We also had an evening flight, and she was so nice enough to accommodate our late check-out! :)

This beachfront stay was absolutely perfect. It was so clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Will was a wonderful host. The beach is literally right outside the back door!! The porch area was super roomy and we were able to spend the stormy day on it. We will definitely be back.
