A lovely and spacious apartment with multiple bedding options in a fantastic location. Great for families, corporate or govt workers and small groups. Master bedroom - can be a king bed OR 2 singles. 2nd bedroom - can be 2 single beds OR a King bed. A 5th bed as a single rollaway (proper comfy full width mattress) is also available. Located in the heart of Braddon, a 3 min walk to the city and 5 min walk to ANU. Double glazed windows make the apartment quiet and warm. Secure basement carpark.

We stayed at Sam’s little cozy and beautiful place and loved it. We travelled from Melbourne for some urgent reasons, and we were super exhausted. But the moment we stepped inside, it worked like magic. First thing my husband and son said was, ‘Wow, it’s so perfect. The surrounding area is great, packed with great restaurants and other things. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner at the Wilma, a very nice and contemporary Japanese restaurant. Overall, we loved the place and the area.

It was our second time visit at Wendy's place. A little distance from the CBD which is the reason that we loved about. Quiet, cosy and warm place. You could enjoy to see beautiful birds flying in her garden in the morning when Wendy feed them. Just a perfect place to stay and we will definitely come back.
