Bozcaada - Vineyard House

A vineyard house right in the middle of the island. Vineyard, natural setting with fruit trees. Close to and from the center and coastal crowds. Our house is 5 minutes to Ayazma beach and 7 minutes to the center. If you don't want to relax on your vacation and share your living space with others, our home is for you. The hosts live downstairs, we can answer your requests about the house and your questions about the Island. The entrances to the ground floor of the house and the downstairs are separate. Your area will be private to you during your stay.

Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from Pelazziler (Pelags), the first people settled in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, which is 4 km from the center, is surrounded by the Pavli forest and surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. Our stone house, which is one of the best locations with sea and island views of Bozcaada central Rum Neighborhood, also offers a unique service with the use of a shared terrace area with sea views of Denizyıldızı Hotel. Our stone house is double. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a cedar seating area. On the lower floor there is a seating area with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, an additional fee and breakfast service is provided at the restaurant where the Starfish is agreed upon.

Our house is located on a quiet quiet street in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi. After this cute garden floor, a winery in the original state of the building it was a pleasant living area by turning it into a fit fit for a stay. It has a detached entrance and the garden is only available to our guests staying on this floor. Our home is furnished to accommodate the comfort of your own home in the center of Ada. Kitchen equipment and white goods have been considered to meet all the needs.

The owners of the lodge are very friendly, ready to help. They were nice people who prioritized the service and your satisfaction, not the money. We went knowing it could rain as of the season. Thanks to the rain, they brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast is prepared from sufficient and quality products. When my wife got sick, they immediately mobilized and prepared honey, sage, and tea for her. I wanted to pay for this, but they did not accept it. We would like to thank Mr. Selçuk and his wife again from here. This is the first place I will prefer in Bozcaada.
