Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor (air conditioning), kitchen open to the living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with a large dressing room and fans, as well as a bathroom (walk-in shower and 150 cm bathtub) + toilet. The renovated attic (with air conditioning) offers a large space with 2 single beds or a 180 cm bed.
