Monthly Rentals in Boyne Falls

this cute little apartment is conveniently located right across the street from boyne. we booked last minute and it was good for a night with 2 people! Definitely very small - but it worked well for us! very low ceilings in the “upstairs” area. i’m 5’2 and my head was touching the ceiling. Space was clean , comfortable, and easy to find.

We loved staying at Lindsay’s property. Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. With 2 children this was a perfect location to ski in and ski out. The space is very small, it is a studio, not a 1-bedroom condo, there is a huge, comfy king bed and a very good pull out sofa bed, but they are pretty tightly packed into the space. The owners provided games and books which was a nice touch. The bedding and the towels were beautifully soft and clean. The kitchen cabinets are very high up, we needed a step stool to get to any pots, pans and cups. This was available, we didn’t make a big dea out of it, we made it work, and really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this stay and definitely come again.

The home was exactly as listed: organized, clean, cozy, and well equipped. Dana was very responsive and had amazing recommendation of the restaurants and things to do around the area. The location was terrific being mere 10 minutes away from Boyne mountain. If you’re hoping to Ski or enjoy Boyne City and the surrounding areas, I would highly recommend booking with Dana!

The condo was clean, cozy and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Boyne mountain resort had to offer. It was only a short walk across the parking lot to the Boyneland lift which made it so easy to go back for food, dry gloves or a short rest. We would definitely stay here again!
