As described by Jamie and by other reviews. Lovely place to stay. having the back deck area, view to sea was lovely. well appointed 1 bdrm. Bedrm v quiet and bed v comfortable. Loved that linens and more covers easily at hand. Loved that there was milk in fridge for coffee( we ran late and couldnt stop at store). We did not hear any noise from above we did hear the shipyard activity, but like one of the reviews said, was background white noise. is a good long walk to Sea bus. we drove, left our car there. was terrific to stay in N Vanc and ‘commute’ to Vcr. super easy. Staying in N Vcr made it easier to drive to Horseshoe Bay after our stay and catch a ferry to Sunshine Coast. did not have to deal w any traffic. all in all a great stay. Might have preferred staying closer to sea bus terminal, away from shipyards, but loved the ambience os the back yard and that it was a 1 bedroom not studio. also had a huge beautiful green hedge in front. love the greenery

The place far exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we would have needed to not go anywhere the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities, the kind beds in every room with vaulted ceilings made us feel like the boujee girls we want to be. The views were breathtaking and being able to have all of our meals outdoors with heat and covering made it so memorable. The house came with cars and outdoor games too to use on the nice open yard. It really felt like the place was ours. The icing on the cake was the chairs, wood and starters to make our own little beach fire right below the house and roast marshmallows while watching the sunset. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Definitely coming back!

Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

We had a great stay! The sauna, cold plunge and hot tub were awesome. Lots of space to hang out, cook meals and play board games. An easy drive or 10 min walk to amenities- great place, I’d come back again!

Brian’s place was located in a great area for the upper sunshine Coast. The short walk away from a beautiful seaside provincial Park. Bed very comfortable. Brian was very responsive to communication. Great value for the price.

Coastal retreat was lovely and perfect for two couples. 2 bathrooms seemed like quite a luxury. Suite was clean, view and property were beautiful. Dyan greeted us when we arrived. Dyan and Des were responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property and would for sure stay again. Everything was exactly as described.

A very comfortable homely place - “secret walk” down to the nearby beach involving a bit of scrambling which our little grandsons loved - a real getaway- house had everything we needed plus fire pit and bbq - a place you’ll want to return to and we hope we will

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

Staying at Cindy’s was great overall. Only very minor inconvenience when arriving/departing is having to find somewhere to park on street so you can access the suit to then access the parking. But location and cleanliness made up for that for sure. Cindy was pleasant to talk to and helpful. I appreciated there was coffee for the morning. We were a party of 5 and we all fit fine in the suite. The skytrain was a bit noisy through the night but didn’t bother me. The place is exactly as described, view is nice, location is perfect and you can’t beat that. Will stay there again for sure.

Our stay in this condo was very good. The photos matched the actual surroundings and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The unit is located very close to the Chinatown Train Station (which makes access to & from the airport easy) and a stop on the "Hop On-Hop Off" bus tour very convenient. We were forewarned about areas of the city that were experiencing a lot of homeless people so that we could make sure that any walks were headed in the right direction. Very pleased overall.

When I read other guests reviews, I could tell that Janet sincerely cared for all of her guests. If you are searching for a home away from home, stop searching because Janet is the GEM in the Sunshine Coast treasure box.

Perfect place to stay for our group with 4 adults and two kids. We loved the views!

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location right next to the sky train and Rogers Arena (highly recommend going to see an ice hockey game!). Supermarket just round the corner. Lovely views, the apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub which is really big. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, quirky home. We had lots of space to come together and our own little nooks to retreat for some quiet time. The kids loved learning to swim in the pool. We all enjoyed exploring the property which is full of little discoveries and surprises to delight. Waking up to birdsong was so lovely. It's close to beaches (drive or bike) and trails (walkable). We are already planning our next visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. The entire building had a very clean vibe to it, the apartment was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need - well stocked! The gym/sauna/steam room amenities were amazing. The apartment had a little balcony with a seating area. Huge, comfortable bed. Washer/dryer in the apartment. Very friendly front desk staff. Easy and flexible check in - they were able to provide me with an earlier check in on short notice. Wonderfully situated - easily walkable neighborhood surrounded by tons of restaurants and sites/attractions. There is a pool and hot tub that I didn’t get a chance to make use of, but great amenities to have access to. 10/10 this is a wonderful place to stay during your next visit to Vancouver.

I stayed at Lauri's place for a week while working remotely, and it was exactly what I needed. The deck offers a great view - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The area is quiet and peaceful, I could really focus during the day and relax afterwards. Even though it wasn't a vacation, I left feeling recharged. The cabin, though small, was well-equipped and comfortable, and the natural beauty around made it a memorable experience.

This home, in our opinion, was ideally located for our first trip to Vancouver. The peacefulness and gorgeous views from the rooftop were by far our favorite aspect of the place. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfy and bathrooms clean as well. James was very responsive with any of our questions and was very communicative about house rules and so forth. Pictures couldn't possibly capture how well appointed and perfectly situated this place is- 5 stars!!! You can sit with a coffee on the beautiful deck listening to the birds and watching the boats pass up and down Howe Sound while snow capped coastal mountains frame the posrcard backdrop, amazing! The suite has everything you need and is well laid out with impressive attention to the details: Comfy bed, proper linens, fluffy towels, premium soaps etc. We walked down to the village and it's a 30 minute peacefull walk down the road. Highly reccomened!

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn's. The location is fantastic and yet very quiet. Communication was always very good and we had the pleasure of meeting Dawn in person. We were even allowed to store our luggage with her privately, as we only had to go to the airport in the evening. I would always book the place again!

This was such a perfect place to stay, steps from the beach, it was so peaceful, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Tracey was so helpful, she even let us know the tide schedule! We loved our stay at this cozy and private tiny home! The location was perfect—close to lots of great outdoor activities, but still felt quiet and tucked away. The deck was a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Would absolutely stay again!
