Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Cette maison non-mitoyenne vient d'être entièrement rénovée. Elle se situe dans un hameau très calme, au départ des sentiers, idéal pour les adeptes de randonnées, de vélo de route, de VTT ou d'escalade. Le village commerçant est à 10mn de voiture, avec une piscine municipale, un accrobranche, un lieu d'art contemporain, des restaurants, un supermarché. En automne: le brame des cerfs, les noix à ramasser sur notre propriété, tout l'hiver le ski sur Font d'Urle.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
