Hi! Thanks for checking out our page. We are Rachel & Justin. We are new to hosting but this Buttermilk Bungalow is not! Having had 3 previously very successful years helping families such as you make amazing lifetime memories on gorgeous Buzzards Bay, we hope to keep the tradition alive. This exceptional cape house is our home away from home, and we hope that you love it as much as we do. Minutes to local beaches, Cape Cod Canal, & a short drive to Plymouth, Falmouth and other Cape towns.

Cozy beachside apartment

Only an hour away from Boston, making it easy to plan your visit. Only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sagamore beach, and easy hopping point if you’d like to go further down Cape Cod. 25 minutes from both Hyannis and Woods Hole to hop on the ferries to Nantucket / Martha’s Vineyard. 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes from two hospitals. Feel free to make use of both of my paddle boards or my tandem, two-person kayak, which stays down at the beach in the summer for you!

Plenty of room for family and guests with open floor plan and lush lawn overlooking the water. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the rear deck, and large covered porch overlooking the Bay and Canal. There is a stony beach at your door step to enjoy clamming, fishing or water sports. Public beach nearby and within a short stroll. AC.

A Shore Thing (King Bed, private patio w/ grill)

Welcome to Cape Cod! Cute, quiet and clean. This adorable apartment is located just minutes over the Bourne bridge. This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. It’s a tastefully decorated, very clean and peaceful getaway ideal for a couple, small group or single person. There is 1 bedroom with a very comfy king bed and a twin size bed in the main living area. Smart TVs. Pet friendly. Coffee & tea

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Adorable beach cottage in Gray Gables! This very charming home features a private back patio and outdoor shower. Updated kitchen and bathroom, laundry in unit. The living room features Cathedral-ceilings, a loft, and great natural light. Beautiful and lush plantings surround this warm and comfortable home - the perfect getaway! The sunroom is another great area and makes the space feel much larger. Steps to Gray Gables beach and the Mashnee Dike. Perfect for a Cape Cod family vacation!

Mink Cove Treehouse

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

Stay at this charming one bedroom year-round cottage and watch the boats in the canal go by from the yellow retro glider! This special place is walking distance to two ice cream shoppes, three bike rental shoppes, ample restaurants, beaches, and of course, the canal. Beautiful Cape Cod Canal

Enjoy fishing, biking and walking at this home situated on the Cape Cod Canal. Sit in your living room or kitchen island and watch the boats go by. There is wonderful bird watching in the back yard. This is a famous striped bass fishing spot. The 7 mile bike and walking trail on the canal is steps away. You may see a whale ,dolphin or seals traveling through. There is a side covered porch and a very large back deck which is south facing.

Seaglass Cottage

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

The perfect getaway in Falmouth for all seasons! Our home is beautifully located overlooking Bourne’s Farm and we are steps away to the picturesque Shining Sea Bike Path. Enjoy a beautiful scenic 8.5 mile ride winding your way thru the Sippewisset marsh and along the coastline to the seaside village of Woods Hole. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.
