Monthly Rentals in Bournbrook

This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

I stayed with Tom and his wife for two weeks. It was a beautiful stay. I felt like I was in my home. The neighborhood is very quiet and the bus point is available near the house The kitchen is available in everything you need to cook Two friendly hosts I highly recommend it

lovely spacious room in the attic of a family home. Pleasant walk from Bournville station alongside the park. I slept well here. great facilities in the room - microwave, fridge, ironing board

I had a fantastic stay at this place for a week! The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. It was fully equipped with everything I needed. The host was also very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I absolutely loved my time here and would definitely recommend this place.
