Holiday rentals with lake access in Bourg-Saint-Maurice

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle’s amazing property. Great location with the lake being down the road, with easy access for a swim! Kitchen has great cooking utensils, would recommend cooking in Talloires as restaurants are quite expensive for what you get. We had quick communication and responses with any queries from Emmanuelle and she was lovely when we bumped into her! Will be returning one day :-)

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation for two nights. The apartment is very clean, cozy and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is quiet, with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing. The hostess is incredibly friendly and warm. We were particularly pleased with the delicious pancakes with chocolate that she made for us – a nice gesture! The transfer to the train station was also very nice and rounded off our stay perfectly. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation!

New accommodation, very well decorated, cozy atmosphere. At the level of the organisation, the bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet are on the ground floor and the living room with open kitchen and living room overlooking a terrace upstairs. Very quiet. Presence of many useful and pleasant products to have on site. Very nice discovery of Bozel which in this period was lively and pleasant to visit (unlike Courchevel where everything was closed). Lake nearby with possibility of swimming, park with pumptrack and playgrounds for children within 10 minutes' walk, hiking departure, tree climbing etc... Some nice restaurants in town and useful shops within walking distance (small supermarket, cheese shop, bakery). In short, a very nice stay!

Really nothing to say, very welcoming host, kind and who does not hesitate to share information to make the most of the city of Annecy, activities, restaurants...etc. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and we have everything we need. Thank you and see you soon.

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Imagine the perfect holiday home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, with a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family may need. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water - boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere - we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.
