Quite and breath taking scenary. Would recommend for a weekend get away.

I've stayed several times and always enjoy it. this time I ventured about a mile or two up the road. there's a nature area with a spring, trails and trout fishing. Definitely recommend as well

This place was exactly what me and my friends needed for a weekend get away! The hot tub was amazing with such a beautiful view! A perfect spot to chill by the fire & not a far walk or drive to the river!! Jessica was fast at responding and even offered a list of different meats from animals that live on the farm. 10/10 would stay again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here, we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family, and will come back in he future. The privacy this cabin offers while close to civilization and also the river, it's like they say in real estate: location location location. Jessica provided the fire wood, thank you, we had a great time sitting by the fire pit and watching the sun set, then the stars, and almost the sun rise. In the kitchen everything was so well organized, we found what we needed like we were at home. The linens smelled crisp , beds were so comfortable, the shower had hot steaming water, the jacuzzi we didn't even go in, but Jessica made sure she changed the water and was ready for us to enjoy, everything was just perfect. It's really easy to have a great time when the accommodations exceed the expectations. No hotel would have offered us so many home feeling like Jessica's cabin offered us. Thank you for your hospitality Jessica.

This was a perfect weekend getaway! My husband and I especially loved the rocking chairs and hot tub! We would definitely come back!

Tim was a very responsive host and was available to answer any and all questions! The house was clean and comfortable! Only thing to note is only 1 out of 2 bathrooms have a shower but I should’ve looked at that closer before booking - but us girls made it work fine! Bonus for the pool and hot tub being EXTRA clean!! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We went floating through Blue Springs Ranch and had a GREAT time, only about 20 minutes from the cabin. The only thing I will say is that if you want to have RiverView Ranch pick you up at the cabin for floating that has to be coordinated far in advance which I wasn’t aware of! Overall we fell in love with this cabin and will definitely be coming back (:

Lovely, peaceful cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Our 9 and 12 year olds loved the creek that ran behind the cabin and up a ways that we could see from the porch. We loved watching the birds while drinking coffee from the porch. Cabin was so thoughtfully and generously stocked with anything you can think of wanting. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Most beautiful and peaceful cabin I've stayed at in missouri (and I've stayed at quite a few) Mrs. Paula and Mr. Bill go above and beyond to make this place amazing. Accommodating hosts is an understatement!

This space was great! It was easy to find, easy to get in, and everything was exactly as expected. The welcome binder was super helpful and we loved the little touches like games, a few snacks, and even DVDs in case the wifi isn't cutting it. One of my favorite things was the fishing pond. Onandanga State Park was right down the road and a great way to spend a rainy day. A weekend at this place was exactly what we needed.

This was a great find for us. It was a grandson trip so he thought the place was really awesome. We did too. It’s smaller but had all we needed. Perfect. Lots of great discounts coupons to local establishments. Hostess was always handy to check on us. And quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay again. 100% satisfied.

Alicia was an amazing host. We traveled from the St. Louis area and had no issues upon arrival. The particular weekend there was a storm coming in and Alicia reached out immediately informing us of access to safe shelter in the basement. Luckily there was no issues with weather and the stay was wonderful. The house is amazing from the views to the quality of the home. I would recommend staying here whether you plan to explore the area or just a getaway to retreat to a peaceful property!

The place was nice and had a wonderful view of the lake. It has a screened in porch to hang out in. We went the week before it was fully staffed so most activities and meals were not available to us - which we were not aware of before arriving. There were still enough things to do. Manager was kind and accommodating and took time to give us a boat ride. We had awful storms one night and they had a good safety plan and management was helpful. Pros: had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, towels. The queen bed was comfy and full size kitchen equipment was nice to have. Cons: the bunk beds are not great for adults with pain/back issues. There was no extra bedding (but we didn’t ask for any so that may be an option). Roads are rutted out so my low profile car had come issues driving in and out. We would definitely go back!

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous!! More beautiful in person. The location was nice and rural which made me feel right at home. Jeff was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The cabin was spotless,easy to access and the beds were extremely comfortable. The town of Augusta didn't have many stores that were open later so just plan to bring a snack or drink with you for your mid-night cravings. Overall excellent experience! My daughter and I created so many wonderful memories we will treasure forever. 100% satisfied!

Great stay in Cadet! It was comfortable, the playground for the kids made the weekend so easy! A fire in the evening for s'mores, lounge chairs to relax, and a close walk to the creek. Host was responsive when I had a question. We would definitely stay again

Cabin was perfect for my business trip to Purina farms. It was very close and so beautiful and peaceful to come back to. The ladies at the office were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the campground facilities (pool, laundry, lake etc) but everything looked very clean and nice. Check in directions weren't completely correct so it was a little confusing if you arrive after 5pm but I was able to get ahold of someone with the after hours phone #

Aunt Phoebe's Cabin was everything my husband and I wanted it to be and more. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind from our busy lives. "Living" off-grid isn't for everyone, but we loved it and it allowed us time to unplug and focus on one another. Kathy and Heather were kind and helpful and quick to respond when we reached out with any questions. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Clean and presented as advertised. Within walking distance to shops and dinning. Value was good given proximity and being "in-season" for winery visits and Octoberfest activities. Would stay again.
