We had a great time, everything was perfect, from the accommodation to the welcome to the delicious meals hosted by the host. All at more than reasonable rates. I highly recommend it!

Very nice place for a stay with friends or family. Volleyball court and ping-pong table that delight both the young and the old ;-) Very quiet and relaxing. We will be back!

I stayed at La Maison à Côté near La Tontouta airport with my father and two children in April 2025 for two nights – one at the beginning and one at the end of our vacation in New Caledonia – and we were very satisfied with the experience. The location is ideal if you arrive late or if you take an early flight in the morning: it is only a few minutes from the airport, but you feel completely elsewhere, in a peaceful and comfortable setting. Mickael and Hélène communicated very well with us and were available to answer our questions. The three bedrooms are spacious, clean and warm, and the outdoor bathroom is set up with great care and taste. If you are looking for a relaxing stopover or even a starting point to explore the area, I highly recommend La Maison à Côté. I will return without hesitation on my next visit to New Caledonia.

An extraordinary place, built with taste and passion in noble and natural materials, incredible setting, exhibition of the different productions with pleasure. A real delight, a friendly welcome, everything was impeccable. Wonderful breakfast, deserves to be known while protecting the privacy and discretion in the heart of nature.
