Magnifique gîte situé au milieu de 12 ha de nature, entre prairies et forêt pour se ballader et observer les animaux, endroit calme et reposant. Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain à la ferme et déguster du vin chez nos amis vigneron.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Welcome to our charming studio located in the heart of the European Horse Center. You will be surrounded by equestrian competition grounds and stables. The accommodation is located just 15 minutes from the city of Le Mans and the famous 24-hour circuit. This studio is equipped with a kitchen, double bed and sofa bed, it can accommodate 2 couples or 4 people. Enjoy the quiet while being close to the grounds. This charming village house, perfect for 1 to 4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request.

Charming family house in the Perche Sarthe

Cozy and very quiet family country house. You can enjoy a large wooded plot (unfenced). A journey back in time to get back to basics. Walks and visits possible nearby (museums, zoo...). The house is located 35 min from Le Mans and 10 min from the highway. It can accommodate up to 8 people at the table with a small side table for 2 or 3 children. No TV, no internet for a total disconnection (but there is 4G!) All linens are provided.

Ground floor apartment

Enjoy a stylish home, close to the city center and located 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. For 2 people with the possibility of putting an extra mattress for a child. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house with independent access. Possibility to park in our fenced lot. It consists of 3 rooms, fitted kitchen, bedroom with 140 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet. There is also a private terrace.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
