Ideal for 2 people, Near Nantes, between city and sea: - Machines of the Island/Nantes (15 and 20 min) - Bernerie/Pornic beaches (25 to 30 min) - Planète Sauvage (10 min) - Maison du Lac (1 min) - Airport (10 min) A pull-out bed for sleeping on the ground floor and a 160 bed in the mezzanine. Small equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels provided, coffee and tea available. Indicate if you prefer to sleep on the ground floor 🙂

We offer a studio, non-smoking, on the ground floor (street side), smart TV, with garden and terrace, common bike room and private overhead parking - Access possible independently. Close to shops, cinema, Pianocktail, municipal swimming pool, media library, natural site of La Roche Ballue - Bus lines nearby: 78, 36 + Neustrie tram stop 5 minutes by car. Possible to pick you up and/or take you to the airport (€10 supplement).

House located in the heart of the village. Fully enclosed and private garden. Intermarché 100 m away. The sports complex is 50 m away with a Nantes bowling green and court 🏀 The Lac des Vallées is a 10-minute walk away. You can take a walk with children and dogs. A playground and sports equipment are available to walkers. 15 min from Logis de la Chabotterie, 40 min from Puy du Fou, 1 hr from the Atlantic Ocean, 30 min from Nantes and La Roche-sur-Yon, 20 min from Hellfest.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
