Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.

We welcome you to this apartment on the 1st floor of our house, close to all outdoor and mountain activities. Ax Bonascre 25 min, the Beille plateau and its cross-country skiing 25 min, close to the Pas de la Case (45 minutes). In summer, you can also enjoy many climbing and hiking sites, as well as the heated outdoor pool in Aston, which is a 5-minute walk away.
