Charming fully equipped studio close to the thermal baths

Come and discover this charming studio, perfect base in Ariège. Located in a green area close to Tarascon-sur-Ariège. 20 minutes from the ski resorts, 45 minutes from Pas de la Case, and 10 minutes from Foix. Many hikes and tourist attractions (caves, prehistoric park, wolf park, tree climbing...). The village has natural hot springs where treatments are offered (Special rates offered for spa guests!).

A number of ski stations near by (from 25mn to 1h30 away), Niaux cave (10mn) et many more ! Firewood, firestarters and plaids are provided for wonderful nights by the brasero outside ! Located in a 1200 m² property, the cottage is adjoining a second house. Guests will have a private terrace and a shared garden with the 2nd house. The village is accessed by a scenic winding road.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
