The penthouse looked wonderful to us, had everything needed, and more . Silvia is in every detail , we had an amazing time, we loved everything.

A clean and comfortable place, and equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. Easy check-in, good communication with host, quiet neighbourhood, with easy walk or drive to the beautiful Cividale. Lots to do in the area.

Fantastic experience! The house itself was what you’d expect from such a historical building, with everything you’ll ever need, including tons of toys. The garden was even nicer than the pictures - big, lots of greenery and lots of furniture. We used their garden a lot, and they gave us the privacy of it. Rosa Rita and Roberto were more than hosts - they were welcoming, attentive (without it being too much at all) and extremely generous - we received basic supplies, freshly made food and personal gifts during our stay. It really felt like our Italien “home”. This is not just another Airbnb rental, this is a guesthouse filled with family history and run by a loving Italian family who are willing to go beyond for their guests. We can’t wait to come back another time!

We enjoyed a great stay at Erica's! The area is close to many nice places, we visited many places on both sides of the border, by car and by bike. Erica was caring and helpful, thanks for everything!
