It is located in an equestrian property of 3.5 hectares in the countryside, with many walks from the cottage, the GR 211 at the end of the road. The sea is 7 km away (Veulettes-sur-Mer). Recently built, the cottage adjoining a traditional farmhouse, combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern.

This 3-star cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. You will have, among other things, Wi-Fi access, a parking area for 3 cars, a terrace and a garden. This gite is also accessible for people with disabilities.

Possibility to go hiking, biking (hiking trail: greenway located 2 min on 50 km), equestrian center nearby. Farmhouse with a living room, 40 m² kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Upstairs 3 bedrooms.

Atypical barn in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Close to the sea, and in the heart of the Normandy countryside, I am pleased to welcome you to my 400 m² house, completely restored to regain its authenticity and charm in its 2 hectare park (5000 m² usable). This typical farm is located in its enclosed farmhouse with its horses (depending on the season) and surrounded by fields. Modernity and authenticity are the key words of our house.

At the foot of the Ponant there are hikes (including the GR21), but also one of the only sandy beaches on the coast. Come and clear your head, and discover this beautiful and wild corner. Right between Fécamp and Etretat, there are plenty of things to see, do and experience.
