Super safe neighborhood! Next to BU and in front of Charles River Esplanade. Very close to Downtown, Cambridge, Longwood Medical Area, supermarkets, and so many cool places! Located right in Kenmore Square. Steps from subway station and Famous Citgo Sign. Walking distance to Fenway Park, Back Bay, restaurants, bars, etc. Go Red Sox! We do not allow parties, celebrations or smoking. Only well behaved groups so our neighbors and community are happy. This is extremely important to us, thank you.
