This Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is perfect, you can walk basically anywhere, metro around the corner. The apartment standard are crazy high, probably one of the best Airbnb we’ve been to.

We loved everything about our stay!! The place was immaculate and just as pictured! Kelly was super responsive to all of my questions and went above and beyond!! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors extremely friendly! Easy to find! Driveway parking! Kitchen functionality was great to cook instead of eating out. Plenty is towels and linens! Beds were comfy and CLEAN! Could walk to downtown however we chose to drive and park! Already planning to stay here again next year! Thanks Kelly!!

Great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, walking distance to everything needed. Walked to Fenway for the Red Sox game. The apartment was nice and clean, easy to get in. Instructions were clear and concise. The rooftop is an added bonus!! Would stay again if I go to Boston.

We enjoyed staying at Sunrise Beach. As a “germaphobe” traveling is trying for my patience, but the room was absolutely spotless. The accommodations were exactly what they showed in the pictures and there were even extras like complimentary tea and toiletries and a water/food bowl for my dog! I highly recommend Sunrise Beach - signing in and out was no problem, the Wi-Fi was excellent and the condo was cozy.

Great place. Very convenient to BU and the Green Line. The place was fully stocked with everything you might need. Clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s place just south of Boston. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Andrea was incredibly responsive and proactive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring the area. The best place to stay for our weekend in town for the Marathon. Easily accessible to the T to get downtown rather quickly, but also a calm spot to escape the city at the end of the day. The house was so beautiful. The neighborhood was charming. Peter and Tor were incredible host. Communication was quick, instructions were clear, and they really made sure we were prepped for our stay.

Robert's place was great. It was clean and charming. Communication was very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful stay! Shirley was a responsive and kind host and we enjoyed staying here for three nights over the Boston Marathon weekend. Squeaky floors may make it tough to make a midnight trip to the kitchen or bathroom unnoticed, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

We recently stayed at this beautiful downtown Gloucester AirBNB for our niece’s wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to get to the wedding venue, the Beauport Hotel, and explore all that Gloucester has to offer. The two-bedroom unit was fully appointed with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. Our host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and responding quickly to any questions. He was even kind enough to recommend places to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay in Gloucester.

The condo was the perfect size for 3 of us in separate rooms and two bathrooms. Condo was very clean, simple with comfortable space and we had everything we needed for the stay. Finding the place in the dark was a little tricky as the numbers are faded but overall 5 stars and I would book again if in the area and listing is available.

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

Andys’ & Thais’ place was very comfortable. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was definitely as described, and it made us feel like at home. We recommend staying at their place.

Was an amazing Place to stay. The area was outstanding with lots to do and very easy access to the train to get to and from downtown and other areas of the city. Will definitely stay here again! The parking spot was a huge plus!!

I spent a month at Louisa's apartment near Central Square in Cambridge. The apartment is a comfortable place to stay. It gets tons of light, and the living room is spacious and comfy. The hardwood floors and painted walls are lovely. The kitchen is not huge, but is well stocked with nice appliances including a microwave, toaster and coffee maker - I used all of these often. The bedroom and bathroom are comfortable too. Lousia was very helpful and communicative. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Central Square T station. There are lots of shops and restaurants on Massachusetts Avenue nearby. There are some down-and-out people (probably homeless and/or addicts) who are always present on Mass Ave a couple of blocks away - you'll walk past them on the way to the T. However they won't bother you if you don't bother them. Overall this is a nice place to say and I'd happily visit again.

Great house! Loved all the ammenities. The host was very responsive if we had any questions and will definitely look at staying there again next time!

Great little spot! Small apartment and bathroom but was perfect for me! Very safe and walkable neighborhood. I walked to Broadway (4ish blocks away) a few times where several bars and shops were. I had pizza and baked ziti from the Alfredo’s across the street - happy with both! It’s next to a main road but it made getting an uber very easy and it was not too loud. I would stay here again for sure!!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Jessica's beautiful place! It was so nice and cozy, and the fishpond/fountain out back is so peaceful and relaxing. Jessica was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to visit again!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying here twice, and I can confidently say it’s the best place you can stay in Boston. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and peaceful, and everything about the hosts is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Cute, comfy and convenient 3rd floor walk-up. Plus a nice little outdoors space/deck. I was happy with the condo. I rarely had to use my car for the 2 weeks I stayed there.

Killian was great at communicating & very responsive! The check-in process was straightforward & the instructions Killian provided made it really easy to find! Location was great & the area is so walkable! Overall a great stay!

We loved staying at Sandy’s. It was in a quiet neighborhood that was very walkable to stores, restaurants and coffee shops-I recommend + Cafe for delicious coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Sandy provided any and all amenities including eggs, English muffins, butter, and half-and-half. Hoping this place is available the next time we’re in the area.
