Welcome to my adorable little home in Beverly, situated a short walk to the beach and downtown, yet on a quiet side street. Your room is spacious and private with an in-suite bathroom. You will have everything you need right in your room; microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a television with streaming services. I live downstairs; your room is the entire upstairs so you have lots of privacy. Your entrance is enclosed for privacy. Golden retriever youngster lives downstairs!

New furnishings new full bath new mattresses. Freshly painted 2024 modern kitchen. bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. Bath redone 2024 custom shower. - some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and handrail.
