We really like this house. It is located on a quiet street on a hill, surrounded by nature and has amazing views from all sides. The house has everything you need for a long stay: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and excellent internet for work. The owner Ms. Tina is always in touch for any of your questions.

Siamo stati una settimana ospiti in Villa, ed il tempo ha improvvisamente cominciato a rallentare. Fermi in una poesia. Eravamo 8 bipedi e 2 quadrupedi, e se parlassi il linguaggio dei cani giurerei che forse si siano divertiti moltissimo anche loro. Ognuno aveva i suoi spazi, i ragazzi hanno fatto loro la mansarda e la stanza dei sigari (noi l’abbiamo battezzata così), la piccola Viola e me abbiamo occupato la stanza del ricamo (nostra imputazione) per leggere e disegnare. Il giardino dei cani e dei 4 adulti per tornei di scala quaranta, pisolini, bagni di sole e griglia. La Villa di Elisabetta ha solo un grosso problema…quando ci vai, non vorresti mai più andare via. Elisabetta gentilissima, simpaticissima, come pure Angela (il burro e la sua toma hanno accresciuto il punteggio). Il nostro soggiorno è stato indimenticabile, ed oggi siamo tornati a casa in silenzio…ognuno con un pezzettino di cuore lasciato a Pialpetta.

What an incredible place! The house was absolutely beautiful and interesting, and was well equipped with everything we needed. But the real star was the views - 360 degree views of the countryside from the tower, and magical views of the mountains and valley from the deck. It was hard to leave these views behind. The only issue was being right next to a church, which was beautiful but had quite loud bells throughout the night, which affected some people's sleep, but most of us got used to it eventually! Would really recommend this place, as well as booking dinner one night at the local restaurant (open on weekends by request).

Cecilia was the perfect host. She allowed us total privacy while at the same time being very responsive to every communication. On arrival she made sure there were a few treats for us including some fruit and cookies. She is just lovely. She even offered to take us to the local fruit and veg market which as vegetarians is wonderful. We travel with two cats who were safe and secure in the little garden and who were able to relax and lie around on the grass and enjoy the country life. We loved our little holiday in Cecilia’s country home. It is the perfect environment to experience life like a local in the gorgeous village of Baldiserro, just 12 km from the very beautiful city of Turin. Do yourselves a favour, if you get a chance to visit, you should.

Je suis venue avec ma famille déjà l'an dernier car je voulais être proche de la montagne. Cette maison allie le bien-être, le calme et la fraîcheur. Elle est en elle même extrêmement élégante et précieuse. Nous aimons les alentours où les ruisseaux d'une fraîcheur revigorante participent au bien-être. Et puis c'est l'Italie et les restaurants, la langue magnifique Merci Chiara et Giuseppe A bientôt Valérie et Famille.

Excellent séjour chez Rosalina, tout est parfait. La maison est située au calme avec une magnifique vue. L’intérieur est propre, spacieux et fonctionnel, tout y est pour se sentir bien, il ne manque absolument rien c’est très appréciable. La literie est agréable. Rosalina est adorable, réactive et nous donne des informations précieuses sur la région. Elle est au petit soin, et nous a même préparé des petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner et repas. C’est rare ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande fortement ce logement !

Logement excellemment bien équipé et d'une propreté impeccable. Spacieux, lumineux, espace extérieur calme et très appréciable. Générosité de Marco de part la qualité des équipements et attentions (boissons au frais, cadeau de bienvenue, café et thé à disposition ainsi qu'une multitude de produits au profit de notre confort). On recommande sans hésitation.

Everything was fantastic. We enjoyed the stay. Home was cozy and nice. Inside fireplace made the mood. We appreciated the calm and peaceful surrounding and beautiful nature. Lovely and friendly host. Thank you! :)

Fantastic ! A beautiful house in an amazing location which was better than the description. Swimming pool was a great size and we had it all to ourselves. The tennis court , billiard table and table tennis were real assets. There was lots of space to spread our large party out in The kitchen was more than well equipped and we felt very comfortable staying there. A lovely touch was the regular supply of veg from the vegetable garden - huge tomatoes and corgettes. The surrounding area was lovely with lots of interesting old villages to explore. Many thanks for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. We would love to return one day.

My friends and I (9 people total) spend Christmas here. It was so dreamy and cozy for a large group and we were super comfortable. Valeria was super responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. Alex was an amazing person and welcomed us and showed us around the house. We had a couple of minor issues and Alex came right away to help us out. Thank you Alex! The place is on the side of the road, but it was peaceful and we did not get any noice from the road. It is also a short drive from grocery stores and about 20 to 30 mins drive to Turin. It was also 1.5 hrs away from 2 great ski places that we had the chance to visit. Because it was winter we couldn’t make use of the outside area, but it looks super nice and dreamy for a summer stay as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again myself.

Erholung pur! Wir (6 Personen, zwei befreundete Familien) hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cascina Vercellina. Absolut ruhig, großer Pool, riesiger Garten (den insbesondere unsere Hündin geliebt hat). Ausflüge in die Umgebung haben unsere Woche ergänzt: zum Kloster und Wallfahrtsort Oropa (UNESCO Weltkulturerbe), nach Turin (ca. 60 min Fahrt), nach Biella (super Metzger und schöne kleine Läden) und ein Ausflug zu La Bessa, einer Azienda Agricola, wo wir Haselnüsse und Nusscreme gekauft haben. Cristina (Co-Gastgeberin) war super freundlich und hilfreich mit Tipps. Spannend für unseren angehenden Biologiestudenten: Es gibt zahlreiche Tiere und Pflanzen zu entdecken! Auch das haben wir sehr genossen.

Wonderful place. She was always available. Ready to help and recommend. She stayed late to help us Checkin. The place was spotless. Would highly recommend.

It was a dream stay. Such a beautiful home/villa. Wonderful common spaces.Lovely bedrooms and nice bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Lovely outdoor area. And the pool! It was so nice and large and well maintained. Some days we never left the house it was so nice to be there. The overall feeling was of being welcome guests invited to share the family home. Very special.

The villa with the surrounding scenery exceeded all our expectations. I stayed here with 7 friends of mine and we had a great time. We did half a day trip to Asti and a day trip to Turin, both very beautiful cities. Besides that we stayed at the villa most of the time. We enjoyed the privacy, the calm surroundings and got to spend plenty of time at the pool! An elderly couple lives in the small house next to the villa, but they were super friendly, quiet and we barely saw them, so it did not affect our privacy at all. Just be sure to bring enough bugspray, at least in September all of us got quite many bites. Other than that beautiful villa, inside and out! Highly recommended

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden oder zu bemängeln. Wir würden uns sehr freuen dort wieder hinzufahren. Also insgesamt volle 5 Sterne.

Une très belle maison, avec une vue superbe, où nous avons passé une semaine idéale entre amis. La piscine a réjoui petits et grands. Le figuier dans le jardin nous a permis de réaliser de délicieux desserts. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, toutes équipées de dressing, et les 2 master bedrooms avec salle de bain sont parfaites pour les couples. Nous avons peu utilisé les salons, pourtant spacieux, car nous étions toujours sur la terrasse protégée en cas d’orage. Les salles de bain et la cuisine sont un peu vieillottes mais fonctionnelles, les canapés et fauteuils sont un peu tachés, on sent que la maison a vécu mais ça n’empêche pas de s’y sentir bien. La garage privé est un vrai plus, comme la table de ping-pong et les jeux de société. Communication facile à l’arrivée comme au départ. Situation parfaite à 5 min en voiture du centre ville où l’on trouve des commerçants de qualité et de bons restaurants.

Après avoir quitté en urgence notre 1ère location face à la malhonnêteté de nos précédents hôtes, Barbara et Stefano nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse, réactivité et bienveillance du jour au lendemain. Ils ont mis tout leur coeur pour sauver nos vacances. C’est une villa très propre, immense, confortable chargée d’histoire, rénovée avec goût. Idéalement située face à l’église, vue sur le château, une pause suspendue dans le temps pour se ressourcer au calme avec piscine. Aux petits soins pour leurs invités, ils ont un grand sens du service et font les choses avec leur coeur. Une fois sur place vous serez émerveillés. C’est « un petit trésor » , « une perle rare ». Nous vous remercions pour tout 🙏🏻. Deux petits anges sur notre chemin ⭐️. Nous restons convaincus que l’univers fait toujours en sorte de replacer les gens là où ils doivent être.…Nous devions vivre cela, vous rencontrer et nous retrouver à cet endroit précis. Ottima casa per qualità prezzo. Piscina sempre soleggiata e camere con bagno molto comode. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari! Consigliato

We hebben enorm genoten van het fijne huis, de prachtige tuin en het heerlijke zwembad. Echt een paradijsje. Chicca en haar familie waren ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Deze plek is echt een aanrader. Turijn is echt een bezoek waard, ook de Baseliek Superga en Venaria Reaal zijn erg leuk om te bezoeken

It is a great place to spend a few days relaxing by the pool, especially if you take advantage of all the accommodation. We were 7 guys looking to visit wineries, eat good local food, and see the surroundings - Barolo, Alba, La Morra, Serralunga, etc. Super-host, super time spent here. It is highly recommended.
