Litore Domus: Cilla is an enchanting oasis on the upper floor of our property, just 10 meters from the crystal clear sea of San Lucido (CS). It is a detached villa equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and large outdoor spaces. Perfect for a break from the daily routine. The proximity to the sea and the serenity of the place offer an experience of total relaxation, where the sound of the waves and the quiet atmosphere make each stay unique and memorable.

Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

La struttura è all'interno di un’azienda agrituristica. Le cose che più colpiscono sono la salubrità dell'aria e la tranquillità del posto e ottima vista panoramica. Da considerare i seguenti costi aggiuntivi: fornitura della biancheria settimanale da bagno letto e cucina il cui costo è pari ad €. 10,00 a persona per soggiorno ed inoltre la tassa di soggiorno prevista pari ad €.1,25 al giorno per persona. Il pagamento di tali costi avverrà in contanti al check-in.

Tana Libera Tutti 2: "Nature, yourself and love".

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.

Wooden furnishings finished with natural oils, stone and lime walls, handmade terracotta floors with bee wax finish, and underfloor heating make this structure healthy and environmentally friendly. Artwork is on display in the spaces. House amenities include: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, kitchen, a beautiful fireplace, and a terrace with breathtaking views.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).

Located 600 meters from the sea, the recently built two-room apartment consists of a small kitchen, a double bedroom with the addition of a sofa bed for one person and a bathroom.
