This comfortable house has been designed and furnished to offer you warm, shared moments in the tranquillity of nature. An indoor pool is accessible and heated all year round as well as a game room and pétanque court. A spa is available as a paid option on request for €30 per hour. Ideally located, you can discover the Bordeaux vineyards, the villages of Dordogne as well as the historic districts of Bordeaux and Angouleme. Accommodation accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Your independent accommodation overlooks the vast garden and a small stream. Guests can use the fitness room, playground and table tennis as well as the pool and its twenty-meter swimming lane. A very nice, small, furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or for longer periods for business travellers. A kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge) with a dining area and sofa, a bedroom with a bed (160 x 200), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet and sink. All on one level, but there are two steps to access it. Enclosed outdoor parking with electric gate.
